Room smelt of damp and the bathroom could have done with a deep clean. Breakfast was terrible for the price point - very basic, nothing fresh or cooked. We ended up eating out most days instead. Location is a bit too far to walk from the centre given it’s up a big hill (and a taxi from the port is a fixed charge of €36).

Het water deed het niet. Dit kan gebeuren maar er werd hier niks over gezegd tijdens het inchecken, hier moesten we zelf maar achter komen. Toen het de dag daarna het weer niet deed, werd er weer niks gemeld hier over en of we mogelijk flessen water nodig hadden gezien het water het meer als 24 uur niet deed. We hebben hier, na zelf hier een klacht over hebben ingediend, wel een compensatie voor gekregen. Het zwembad was te koud, je kamer werd niet opgeruimd door de housekeeping en personeel was niet vriendelijk. tenslotte was het ontbijt erg slecht. Niks werd vers gemaakt en alles kwam uit pakjes. Niet wat je verwacht als je zo veel per nacht betaald.

È indispensabile avere un mezzo perché la strada per raggiungere l’hotel è abbastanza lunga e complessa.
Considerando il costo del soggiorno potrebbe essere utile includere un servizio di navetta che faccia avanti e indietro dall’hotel alla base della strada.

A few areas could be improved. At check-in, it would have been helpful if the staff had spent a little more time explaining the different things to see and do in Paros, as well as sharing some local recommendations.

The breakfast was fairly basic, we would have appreciated more options.

Le petit déjeuner est assez simple bien qu’efficace. Il n’y a pas de restaurant sur place. Il faut prévoir une voiture pour accéder à l’hôtel. Le personnel est très passif et pour le prix on peut s’attendre à un peu plus de service.

The breakfast was quite basic and could benefit from a bit more variety and better-quality options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt a little flat, and the staff seemed somewhat disengaged, which made the experience feel less welcoming than expected. Additionally, the shower in our room had very low water pressure, which was quite inconvenient. A bit more attention to these details and to creating a warmer, more welcoming atmosphere would make a big difference.

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to the price point (around €300 per night).

We experienced recurring issues with the room safe, which repeatedly stopped accepting our code and required several visits from reception to reset it. While the staff always came to help, there never seemed to be a permanent solution.

There were also some operational shortcomings. On one occasion, there were no pool towels available, and although we were offered bath towels as an alternative, this is not what we would expect from a hotel in this category. The breakfast was another disappointment: the selection was quite limited, mostly cold items, and products that ran out were not always replenished consistently.

The room itself could also have been better maintained. We noticed a stained bathroom mirror and a sink that drained very slowly throughout our stay.

The biggest issue occurred when the hotel temporarily lost its water supply. We understand that the outage was caused by unforeseen circumstances on the island, but what disappointed us was the lack of communication. We only discovered there was no water after returning to the hotel and had to ask reception what was happening. This happened on my mother’s birthday, which unfortunately made the experience even more frustrating.

Overall, our main criticism is not any single issue on its own, but rather that the experience did not consistently match the standards and attention to detail we expected from a hotel at this price level.
