Δωμάτιο και κρεβάτι τεράστια. Είχε δωρεάν παροχή νερού, αναψυκτικών και καφέ. Με την κράτηση σου ορίζουν ένα άτομο υπεύθυνο, στον οποίο απευθύνεσαι για οτιδήποτε μπορεί να προκύψει. Ο κύριος που μας εξυπηρέτησε ήταν πραγματικά άψογος, πάντα πρόθυμος για να μας δώσει πληροφορίες ή και να μας κατευθύνει και πολύ τυπικός. Το βραδυνό σε μπουφέ ήταν πολύ καλό.

Amazing large hotel with plenty of facilities, pools, restaurants, various beaches. The staff was very helpful, many thanks to Hamid. The apartment was cleaned on a daily basis.

Our stay at the hotel turned out to be a wonderful and peaceful refuge during a very difficult moment in our lives. The place itself is beautiful, calm, and extremely well maintained.

Hamid truly became our lifesaver, he helped us with everything we needed, always with kindness, patience, and genuine care. We are incredibly grateful for his support and will always remember his help.

The food was delicious, the hotel was spotless, and the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We felt truly looked after during our stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett war riesen groß, die ganze Umgebung ein Traum, der Strand sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr hilfsbereit und man hat echt nichts zu bemängeln. Wir sind aus der Schweiz eingereist und waren erst in sharm in einem anderen hotel was nicht so gut war und haben deshalb aus Ägypten dieses hotel gebucht.

Hamid is a life saver, very reliable and helped us through the process of our cancelled flight. Apartment is amazing. Snorkelling in coral beach is beautiful. De spa is wonderful with lovely hot water!

The hotel is really cool, the design of the reception is amazing. I really liked the rooms, spacious, beautiful. Loved the warm pool and the overall services (cleaning every day, fresh fruits every day..) The Elisir Spa is also absolutely amazing, I think it’s the best place in the whole resort. It’s a must try!!
Also, we had an amazing concierge, Hamid, who helped us with anything we needed, gave us tips and recommendations, arranged for transportation from and to the airport, recommended a driver to explore the main sites of the city and answered any question we had about, well, anything. Such a great guy, amazing host!!

Vi ble hentet med gratis taxi fra hotellet av en veldig hyggelig representant som heter Hamid. Han hjalp oss gjennom alle formaliteter i resepsjon, kjørte oss rett til vårt hotell og fortalte mye om dette stedet. Vi fikk et veldig romslig og rent rom.
Veldig fint sted å feriere med familie(mange fine strender og restauranter)Følte seg trygt og velkommen. Hotellet har SPA området. Mange små butikker rundt hoved resepsjon. Vi var heldige med været +32 grader og strålende sol( første uka i November).Kan tenke meg å komme tilbake.

Hamid è un host eccellente, puntuale, onesto e disponibile. Ti organizza tutto ciò che desideri e fa sempre in modo di soddisfarti, tutto nella maniera più onesta possibile. Sempre pronto a trovare una soluzione e gentilissimo. La struttura è ottima e vicina alla spiaggia. Sharm è sempre meravigliosa! Vengo da anni ormai :) con Hamid è un’esperienza da raccomandare ! Consigliato!!!!

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à l’hôtel Elisir. L’endroit est calme, propre et très bien entretenu. Le service est impeccable, le personnel attentif et toujours souriant.
