My stay in Quy Nhon and lovely Grand Hyams Hotel.
Pros:

Room was fabulous so big and spacious. A had a great ocean view. Hotel staff very good and friendly . One staff member on the help desk , Charlie was so good. Helped me buy a train ticket to Danang City. Without Charlie's help I would not have got a ticket as it is coming up to Tet Holiday and many people are travelling. Charlie spoke excellent English and speaks Korean too. If I am in Quy Nhon again I would stay at this hotel. Excellent facilities , beach is 30 second walk and many restaurants and coffee places nearby .Quy Nhon is lovely laid back place.

Amazing staff, top hotel experience
Pros:

We had a 5 star experience in every aspect I can think of. The staff is so kind and thoughtful, I didn’t feel like just another guest, it felt like home away from home. I think this is by far the best place to stay in Quy Nhon. If you stay here, go for the buffet dinner, it’s insane.

Phòng khá ổn đẹp, vị trí tốt

Cons:

Nhân viên không hề hướng dẫn gì mình lúc nhận phòng về Tiện nghi của phòng hoặc khách sạn . Không hướng dẫn mình về nước trong quầy bar. Khu vui chơi trẻ em thì hư hỏng không ai coi và dọn dẹp và nhân viên cũng không giới thiệu mình có khu vui chơi cho bé

We had a goods time and room was great. Overall service needs to be improved
Pros:

The food at the breakfast buffet was great but the setup was too small to accommodate the hotel guest. It was super busy and often difficult to find a table.

Cons:

We were asked to pay for items in the room (laundry bag and hand soap dispenser) when we checked out. We did not take or damage these items so that was very disappointing. In the end we did not pay but the discussions delayed our arrival at the airport.
