Pros:

Very clean hotel. Location is excellent, not even a minutes walk from the beach and close to lots of food. The staff are lovely and accommodating. Rooms are big and spacious.

Cons:

The air conditioning was perhaps not quite powerful enough for the size of the room. It works, it just doesn't get the room quite as cool as we'd have liked. But we just opened the balcony door and the ocean breeze cooled the room plenty enough.

Great high end hotel, perfect for families who are used to American/ European standards
Pros:

Great views. Walk across the street to the beach. Very friendly employees. Electric carts running up and down the main beach street all day long, easy to jump in and go anywhere

Five star disappointment.
Pros:

We stayed three nights. First, the good things. Rooms clean and comfortable with good balconies. Excellent breakfast selection and food off the menu also good. The pool and gym were excellent. Staff were always trying to be accommodating and friendly and would attempt to resolve problems if they were brought to their attention…

Cons:

…but, despite the other positive reviews, this was not a five star experience. Things in the rooms didn’t work. The sky bar and pool bar were not operating. One night the air conditioning made the room smell like stale cigarettes. The mini bar “fridge” was warmer than the room and we were told that it couldn’t be set to a colder temperature. Service was amateurish at times. We couldn’t order a coffee at the pool cos it was not on the menu. They cocked up a spa booking so only one of us got their treatment.

My favourite moment was ordering two room service beers. The staff member proudly cracked open one bottle with the other, only to realise that he had nothing with which to open the second bottle. He never did return to open the second bottle.

We’re pretty chilled and understanding travelers and if this was a 3 star locally owned hotel at half the price we’d have laughed this off. But it isn’t, and we were expecting a special experience.

phòng to rộng, sạch sẽ, hiện đại, mới, view vịnh ban ngày hay ban đêm cũng rất đẹp, giá phòng theo mình là rẻ so với chất lượng, giường ngủ cũng rất thoải mái. nhân viên thân thiện hiếu khách, mình thích cái là trong phòng có nhiều kính =)))))))

Pefect hotel for a comfortable stay in Quy Nhon
Pros:

We loved the facilities in the hotel and how clean it was. The room was big enough with a nice view of the ocean.
The food (weather it was for breakfast or the "A la Carte Menu" in the evening) was amazing and much better than we expected. The staff was always very patient and calm with us, always tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible !
My wife went so much to the spa where the service was excellent and the worker very nice and professional. We definitely recommend the hotel and will select this one again if we come back to Quy Nhon.

Cons:

Sometimes the lift takes a bit of time to reach the higher floors, so a bit of patience is needed :)
