Wypad na golfa w okolicy Pragi.
Pros:

Hotel w starym stylu, pokoje i łazienka utrzymane w tym tonie. Dobre śniadanie. Dobra restauracja.
Jako punkt wypadowy do gry w golfa na okolicznych polach golfowych miejscówka dobra, bo od razu wyjeżdża się na drogę szybkiego ruchu.

Cons:

Wykupiliśmy pokój Delux, otrzymaliśmy mały pokój z oknem na budowę, na której prowadzone były głośne prace. Po interwencji zmieniono nam na maleńki pokój od strony ogrodu. Widok był przyjemny, niestety po otwarciu okna do pokoju wdzierał się bardzo głośny szum drogi szybkiego ruchu, która przebiega obok hotelu. Klimatyzacja w zasadzie nie chłodziła, nie można było pilotem ustawić temperatury. Do centrum daleko, trzeba używać samochodu. Spa dostępne tylko na zasadzie prywatnego wynajmu. Osobno płatna sauna, osobno wanna. Usługa wyjątkowo droga.

Disaster, I do not recommend it.
Cons:

I booked for 3 nights with my family. The weather was around 32C and even more in room but unfortunately AC was not working during 3 nights. Impossible to have AC after many request (technician did not succeed to solve it), hotel provided fan which make my son of 15 months and I sick during our vacation.
We have to wait 3rd night to have new room with AC. Finally no compensation or refund, unbelievable.

Das Personal ist absolut unprofessionell und respektlos!

Das Hotel ist eine absolute Enttäuschung. In unserer Suite 501 gab es in regelmäßigen Abständen (ca. alle fünf Minuten) einen störenden Lärm. Zunächst dachten wir, es handle sich um die laute Klimaanlage und schalteten diese aus. Das Geräusch, ein Lärm, der sich wie ein Akkuschrauber anhörte, war jedoch weiterhin die gesamte Nacht über zu hören. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken... wir haben praktisch kein Auge zugemacht. Da wir bereits zuvor vom Hotelpersonal unhöflich empfangen wurden und nur eine Übernachtung gebucht hatten, haben wir darauf verzichtet, dies zu reklamieren.

Ein weiterer ausschlaggebender Punkt, weshalb ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen kann, ist das Verhalten des Bar, bzw. Restaurantpersonals. Dieses war aus unserer Sicht unfreundlich, unprofessionell und respektlos. Als wir eingecheckt hatten, wollten wir uns kurz die grüne Anlage ansehen, die nur über den Restaurantbereich zugänglich war, um uns zumindest etwas von der wenig ansprechenden, von Baustellen geprägten Umgebung rund um das Hotel abzulenken und haben den Bereich betreten. Daraufhin sprachen uns die beiden Herren in einem lauten und abwertenden Ton auf Tschechisch an. Zwar verstanden wir die Worte nicht, jedoch waren Mimik und Gestik eindeutig. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt fühlten wir uns nicht willkommen.

Gegen 21 Uhr betraten wir die Bar und bestellten zwei Runden Getränke. Bereits gegen 22 Uhr begannen dieselben Mitarbeiter demonstrativ um uns herum aufzuräumen und Tischdecken wegzuräumen, wodurch bei uns deutlich der Eindruck entstand, dass wir gehen sollten, obwohl die Bar offiziell bis 23 Uhr geöffnet ist.

Der unangenehmste Moment folgte jedoch bei der Bezahlung... Als ich gegen 22:15 Uhr um die Rechnung bat, bemerkte ich, dass ich mein Portemonnaie im Zimmer vergessen hatte. Meine Frau übernahm daher die Zahlung per Handy. Als sie sagte, dass sie bezahlt, reagierte der Kellner mit einem belustigten Grinsen und sagte in auffällig spöttischem Ton: "youuuuuu?!

It was overall a good stay, but it would be perfect if the feedback I gave was addressed.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The building was really fancy. Garden was beautiful. We received cleaning every day and the staff was positive and helpful. Breakfast had enough options.

Cons:

Despite the outer beauty of the hotel, it was disappointing in some ways. First, our AC didn’t work, and the room was really humid. When we asked for slippers, they said they do not have one, which I think is a must to have for a hotel in this tier. Some of the staff didn’t know English good enough to communicate properly. If a hotel is accepting international visitors, I expect it to communicate better. Some things in the breakfast was not fresh. The Brie cheese especially was melted due to the storing conditions. The orange juice was not fresh, which made the “good morning shot” actually taste “bad”. Boiled eggs were so cold. Coffee was not fresh (it was from a coffee machine). These are small details that can be improved to take the hotel to next level.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The rooms are extremely small and not comfortable for a family stay. The biggest issue was that because the hotel was hosting a private event, we were not allowed into the restaurant. As a result, my 9-year-old daughter and our family had to spend the day without proper access to food. After our stay, I noticed that other guests had reported the same problem in their reviews as well—I wish I had read those comments beforehand.

Noise insulation is also very poor. You can hear sounds coming from everywhere, making it difficult to relax or sleep.

In my opinion, if events take priority over hotel guests to this extent, the hotel section should be closed and the property should operate solely as an event venue and restaurant.

Na jednu noc a přespaní ok. Můj styl to ale není.
Pros:

Ubytovaní je ve starém zámeckém stylu, který mě osobně moc nesedí. Kdo se chce cítit jako na zámku je to něco pro něj. Ubytovaní čisté. Snídaně standardní klasika. Personál fajn a příjemný.

Cons:

Lokalita s horší dostupností. Blízko jižní spojka (je slyšet) a z druhé strany vlak. Otevření okna na noc nejde, klima pak moc hučí..
