This hotel is running by a family. They have a strong team to support everything. Reponse fast and efficient. We has a great time here. Everyone is so kind. The restaurant should be the best in the town. Their chiefs are professional. Strongly Recommend to stay here for at least one night

Clean room, very kind hotel staffs and yummy foods. I was satisfied to choose New Abu Simbel Tourist Hotel. The hotel welcomed us, saying, "This is your second home." And, although I won't mention it here, they gave us a wonderful gift. Unlike cities like Cairo or Luxor, this place was quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed the nighttime sound and light show at Abu Simbel Temple and an early morning boat tour to see the temple beautifully illuminated by the rising sun. The hotel staff provided transportation to and from the temple. They also kindly helped us with transportation arrangements before arriving at the hotel. Although we only stayed one night, this hotel was truly relaxing during our stay in Egypt, and I highly recommend staying here if you visit Abu Simbel.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante la nostra visita ad Abu Simbel ed è stata un’esperienza davvero indimenticabile. La struttura è in ottimo stato, estremamente curata e con una pulizia eccellente, un dettaglio che fa davvero la differenza.
La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: veramente vicina dall’ingresso del Tempio di Abu Simbel, raggiungibile con 2 minuti di tuk tuk promosso dall'hotel.

Il ristorante dell’hotel è eccezionale: piatti deliziosi, curati e di qualità.

Da non perdere anche il giro in barca sul Lago Nasser proposto dall’hotel, un’esperienza bellissima, un vero assaggio della tranquillità e del relax che questo luogo sa regalare.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff, sempre gentile, disponibile e sorridente, ma soprattutto ad Ali, che ha reso la nostra permanenza unica. Con la sua accoglienza calorosa ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, condividendo con noi non solo consigli e attenzioni, ma anche momenti autentici che porteremo nel cuore.

Non è stato solo un soggiorno, ma una vera esperienza umana.

老板态度非常热情，房间也很干净。住在这主要是为了看灯光秀，老板给安排了三轮车接送阿布辛贝神庙。想早去的话也可以让老板一早开门给送过去，但还是推荐下午去阿布辛贝，人感觉比早上少很多。我们定的第二天一早的船，为了看阿布辛贝的日出，体验也不错，老板给的价格非常合适，我们都没好意思还价直接成交。酒店小弟自己开船出去，就我们四个人给的拼船的价格直接包了船。酒店也有一家餐厅，距离几百米，是之前遇到的小伙伴推荐吃的，埃及菜做的还不错，可以尝一下。走的时候还送了冰箱贴等小礼物！

Charismatic new hotel with great facilities and a wonderful restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and generous

The hotel was very clean, very modern, and everything was brand new. The staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and to ensure we had a great trip - they helped us organize a boat tour, they upgraded our rooms to accommodate our family size, they were super kind to our kids, they really just went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Lunch and dinner were excellent; we particularly like the Nubian dishes, as well as the breakfast omelets.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Simbel. The reception staff were extremely helpful, and all the staff were nice and friendly. The food was very delicious, and the room was clean, new, and comfortable.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the Abu Simbel temples. We checked out very early in the morning, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared two large breakfast boxes for us, which was a really nice touch.
Overall, a wonderful stay and great hospitality.

スタッフの方のアットホームなサービスがとても印象的でした。アブシンベル神殿から少し距離があるように感じましたが送迎してくれますし、日の出を見に行くのも遠くは感じませんでした。
ホテル専用のクルーズを用意してくれて日の入りをナセル湖から眺めることもでき、これ以上にない満足感でした。

近隣の評価の高いレストランにランチを食べに行ったらこちらのホテルが運営していることが分かり、夜はホテルで違うメニューを楽しみました。

We zijn hier 1 nacht gebleven met 6 personen. Deze familie doet er alles aan om je een onvergetelijke ervaring te geven. Begin van de middag een boottocht georganiseerd op Lake Nasser en daarna in alle rust het tempel complex bekeken. Maaltijden waren heerlijk en ook de kamers waren schoon en prima. Leuk hotel in Nubische stijl en een gastvrije familie!
