This Is a fantastic Place to stop in your Abu Simbel tour. Ali and the staff will take care of your transportation, meals, and everything there is to do in the area. Plus, they offer a very relaxing tour of Lake Nasser with an unmissable view of the temple at sunset! Highly recommended.

チェックイン時に、予約してるトリプルルーム（ベット3台）とは別に、景色の良いダブルルーム（ベット2台）を勧められました。2人で旅行していたのでどちらも良かったのですが、「２つの部屋を見てから決めて良いよ」と言われ、部屋まで連れて行ってくれ、結果湖を一望できるダブルルームに変更しました。（料金は一緒で）

アブシンベル神殿までのトゥクトゥク片道1ドル、ホテル併設のレストランはメニューに料金記載、アブシンベル神殿の夜のショーのチケットを正規価格で用意、朝ごはんは本当は7時からのところ5時半への変更（無料）、6時からのバス停までの送迎（無料）、などなど至れり尽くせりで色々やってくれました！！
また、一番良かったし驚いたのは、追加料金やチップを一切求められなかったことです！

正直カイロでのぼったくりタクシーやお土産屋の経験でエジプト人を疑ってましたが、このホテルの人たちは、こちらがチップを渡したくなるような人たちでした！！

日本語を話せるスタッフさんも多い、かつ日本人は英語があまり上手くないことも分かってくれているので、日本人にはぴったりのホテルだと思います！

All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The shower has a curtain so no spills and floods in the bathroom!
オーナーの方や他数名のスタッフが日本語を勉強されています。英語に自身がない方も少し安心かと。常に気にかけてくださり、クルージングやナイトショーなどの提案をしてくださります。強要はされません。アスワン空港からは100ドルでホテルまで送迎してくださりました。移動にも水やスナックを準備してくださりとてもありがたかったです。冷暖房完備でかなりすごしやすいと思います。

Une chambre simple, mais impeccable. Une cuisine délicieuse. Un hôte aux petits soins pour nous, qui a résilu tous les petits problèmes du voyage (transports locaux, tickets, etc.).

We had a wonderful time in the new Abu Simbel tourist hotel.
This family hotel is taking care of the host, just like their own family. The hotel is brand new and rooms are very cosy and clean, in a lovely Nubian style. The staff is extremely professional : they can help you for everything : coming from Aswan, going to Abu Simbel temple, have lunch or dinner : you just have to ask and the will help you with a nice smile.
The restaurant is excellent : fresh fish from the lake, mix grill, and other typical Egyptian food.
We really recommend this place.

Staff were welcoming, professional and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was fine and the food in the restaurant was great. They were helpful in arranging transport to the temples.

素晴らしいホスピタリティとおもてなしの精神のホテルでした。
まず、予定ではカイロから飛行機でアスワン経由してアブシンバルへ入る予定でしたが、飛行機が遅延した為アスワンで足止め。困っていところすぐに連絡を下さり、アスワンからアブシンバルまでの車を迅速に手配して頂きました。
おかげ様で当日夜に無事アブシンバルのホテルに到着。夕食はナセル湖の新鮮な魚を用いたフライや焼き魚料理。ご自慢のマンゴージュースも絶品で疲れをいやす事が出来ました。
部屋もリニューアルされたばかりで新しく、快適に休む事が出来ました。
翌日早朝のアブシンバル神殿をナセル湖から見るボートツアーでも、ガイドのＡＬＩさんがトゥクトゥクで楽しく送迎して下さり、写真も沢山撮って頂きました。
次の目的地のルクソールまでも、５００kmという長距離にも関わらずドライバーさんと車を手配して下さり、安全快適に着く事が出来ました。
とにかくホテルの皆様のお心遣いとやさしさに感動した時間でした。
いつかまた、セカンドハウスであるアブシンバルへ訪れたいと思います。
本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

Fruit and drinks in room. Bedding and towels and toiletries very good. Plug sockets ok.

The staffs are always ready to help. Special mention goes to the receptionist, Mr Hamo who are always checking on us if everything is good and if we are in need of anything. The hotel is rustic and clean and they provide transport anytime and anywhere when needed.
