Fruit and drinks in room. Bedding and towels and toiletries very good. Plug sockets ok.

The staffs are always ready to help. Special mention goes to the receptionist, Mr Hamo who are always checking on us if everything is good and if we are in need of anything. The hotel is rustic and clean and they provide transport anytime and anywhere when needed.

My stay at the New Abu Simbel Tourist Hotel was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this incredible area near the temples.
First of all, the kindness of the staff truly stands out. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thanks goes to Hamo, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. His positive attitude and genuine care for guests made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
The hotel installations are new, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The rooms and common areas feel fresh and properly organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere for travelers.
Another highlight was the food, which was absolutely delicious. The meals were well prepared, tasty, and offered a great way to enjoy local flavors after a long day of sightseeing.
Finally, the hotel provides excellent support for guests with organization and logistics. The staff helped with arranging tickets, transportation, and planning visits, making everything smooth and stress-free.
Overall, this hotel combines great service, comfortable facilities, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay again when visiting Abu Simbel Temples. Highly recommended!

アスワンまでの送迎もお願いすれば良心的な値段でしてくれます。

1. The Staff is the most kindest of heart human beings. Specially Mustafa, he helped us, since we arrived at the hotel, told us stories about the city and the culture, made sure we had an amazing Food, Cultural and accomodation experience.
2. The hotel owner came to welcome us personally and offered us welcome drinks and fruit plate from the regional farms and gave us souvenirs. Very kind and amazing person.
3. The room was clean and filled with Roses and had a view seeing the Lake and the Parking place so we can make sure our car is safe.
4. The hotel is super easy to reach directly on the main road.
5. The food is super nice and delicious and the fresh juices are a dream.
6. We had free Parking place for our Car.
7. 24/7 Reception service and the hotel was also willing to give us our rooms as an early Check IN if we arrived before the Check in time.
8. The prices of the rooms were very reasonable.

エジプト2週間の旅で、5つ星ホテルからさまざまなホテルを経験しましたが、ここが間違いなく「最高の一軒」でした。特に、「清潔さと誠実さを重視する日本人旅行者」や「客引きに疲れ、心からの安らぎを求めている方」に強く推薦!
このホテルを語るには、まずここから話しを始めなくてはなりません。ルクソールからの列車遅延でアブシンベル行きの飛行機を逃し、言葉が通じない海外一人旅、アスワン駅で途方に暮れていた私を救ってくれたのが、スタッフのHamoさんでした。Booking.comのチャットで相談すると、Hamoさんはすぐに、「車を手配するから安心してください」と力強い返信をくれました。わずか30分で迎えが到着し、Hamoさんの弟さんが運転する車での約3時間の砂漠ドライブは、彼が好きなヌビア音楽と共に、飛行機では味わえない一生の宝物になりました。
このホテルが「特別」である理由：
圧倒的な信頼と透明性： エジプトで多い「不透明な価格交渉」や「執拗なチップ要求」が一切ありません。送迎もクルーズも非常に良心的な価格で、全てを安心してお任せできました！
日本基準の清潔さとホスピタリティ： 建物は新しく、非常に清潔です。「ゲストは家族」というオーナー・ハマダさんの言葉通り、テラスで空を眺めながらいただくエジプト料理やコーヒーは、今回の旅で最もリラックスできる時間でした。
最高のプライベート体験： ハマダさん所有のよく整備された船で行くナセル湖クルーズは必見！湖上から昇る朝日と、朝焼けに染まるアブシンベル神殿を静寂の中で眺められる。ここまで来てよかった！と思える瞬間でした。
朝食の新鮮な卵焼きやオレンジジュースまで、全てに心がこもっていました。食材は近所の仲間から現地調達しているフレッシュなものばかりだそうです。
1泊しか予約しなかったことだけが後悔です。
アブシンベルへ行くなら、Hamoさんやハマダさんに会いに行ってみてください。

This hotel is running by a family. They have a strong team to support everything. Reponse fast and efficient. We has a great time here. Everyone is so kind. The restaurant should be the best in the town. Their chiefs are professional. Strongly Recommend to stay here for at least one night
