Pésima calidad
Cons:

Zona húmeda sucia.
El administrador no cumplió con lo que prometió.
No pude disfrutar plenamente de las instalaciones del hotel por estar completamente sucias.
No llevaron las cobijas requeridas.
El desayuno no se realizó como se requería por salud.

Las habitaciones tenian humedad, sucias, las zonas humedas sucias, y jacuzzi riesgoso, la comida no tan buena. La carne de res muy dura, cobran adicional el iva y tambien por pagar con tarjeta, la piscina bonita y buena vista, la atención de algunos buena

El lugar es lindo por el paisaje; el personal algo tosco. Las habitaciones con vista quedan junto al filtro del agua de las piscinas, la encienden de noche y el ruido es insoportable.

The expectation are high, but the reality is not good!
Pros:

The property photos on booking are not the real ones, there is not view of the Peñol stone.

Cons:

In Colombia is mandatory to issue an electronic invoice for law. We reached out to the hotel staff but they haven’t sent us the invoice yet. So, I would like to ask to booking that help us with that requirement.

The location is very close to everything, close to water activities and the staff was very attentive and friendly.

Cons:

The price gouging with drinks and foods because of being tourists. They were charging things as if we were at a resort, and it’s a simple hotel.
