Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Service
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut, dass uns ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

VERY HAPPY
Pros:

A wonderful hotel with an incredible staff. Everyone is extremely kind and attentive — from the reception to the restaurant and the fitness center. Speaking of the gym, it’s absolutely excellent: very clean and highly professional. The breakfast is also great. Overall, 100% recommended. And Laos 🇱🇦 as country very good, people are very nice!

Short but Sweet!
Pros:

Close to airport and we were just there overnight preflight. The staff were very helpful in helping us get to the airport

N/a but if you are spending some time in the city we would not recommend it. Find a place closer to the downtown

Everything was great — we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

All in all, an absolutely fantastic hotel. The room was spacious and stylish, and the bed comfortable. The hotel has a nice large swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. Breakfast is varied and tasty.
The best thing about the hotel is the friendly and attentive staff. Unfortunately, my husband fell ill during our stay, and they did everything they could to help and constantly checked on us to see how he was doing.
Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Nothing comes to mind, everything was great.

On y retournerait avec grand plaisir.
