Absolutely beautiful
Pros:

The staff 10 out of the 10, super friendly and helpful. Room- lovely, clean and quiet, breakfast- pretty good, location- great. Thank you for wonderful service!

Cons:

The pool is kinda cold, unexposed to sunlight. But small pool for kids was warm and nice.

VERY HAPPY
Pros:

A wonderful hotel with an incredible staff. Everyone is extremely kind and attentive — from the reception to the restaurant and the fitness center. Speaking of the gym, it’s absolutely excellent: very clean and highly professional. The breakfast is also great. Overall, 100% recommended. And Laos 🇱🇦 as country very good, people are very nice!

Short but Sweet!
Pros:

Close to airport and we were just there overnight preflight. The staff were very helpful in helping us get to the airport

Cons:

N/a but if you are spending some time in the city we would not recommend it. Find a place closer to the downtown

Everything was great — we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
