O atendimento de todos, muitos solícitos, educados e prestativos

Cons:

Achei os quartos muito antigos, falta dar umas pinturas e trocar alguns móveis, até a porta poderia dar uma restaurada, a entrada do hotel é bonita e tem tom alguns pontos modernos e decorados, mas o quarto poderia sim, dar um toque mais moderno nas paredes, teto, colocar conertores mais fino um anti alergico, como edredon, e modernizar o banheiro, um piso, azulejo e um forro mais moderno, iria mudar muito o layout do ambiente e iria ter a mesma comunicação com a recepção que já tem um toque mais moderno
Para quem se hospedar a trabalho que foi o meu caso, não seria pontos qie iria incomodar por ser uma hospedagem rápida, mas se for alguém que vai a lazer e a hospedagem é mais dias, então vai incomodar, não seria tão confortável como aparenta ser,

O hotel fica no Centro Histórico de Porto Alegre, pertíssimo de vários locais turísticos, institucionais, públicos. Do hotel, gostei da ducha. O custo-benefício também é bom.

Cons:

Achei estranho que a privada estava com problemas na caixa da água. Para a caixa encher era necessário abrir o registro de água, e quando aberto fazia um barulho esquisito. Infelizmente, em frente ao hotel tem estabelecimentos comerciais, então tinha um pouco de barulho até 23h.
