Value for Money 0 manager of the front desk 0 the hotel service is bad

The dinner, The heated swimming pool.

Cons:

Bad breakfast for the price old rooms old tvs and small one the suite is small rude service not even helping you with the luggage they tell you were to sit during your stay instad asking you where do you want to sit its not worth 500euro a day.. bad receptiom worker everyone are rude except the italian and the crotian lady in the restaurant

Nice hotel, walking distance of lake and good parking
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. We had a nice clean room with balcony and pool side views. Indoor swimming pool also nice and the Chambermaids were lovely

Cons:

We did not feel comfortable in the restaurant. We sat outside overlooking the gardens, which was nice, but there was no atmosphere and our waiter was very rude, he made us feel like we were in the way and we couldn’t relax, which is a big let down for a 5 Star hotel.

الموقع و مسؤلة تنظيف الغرف وحمال الشنط

الاستقبال سيئين وغير ودودين وفيهم فضاضة
استغلوا غلطة في الحجز غرفتين ولشخصين والمفروض غرفتين ل 4 اشخاص. وفرضوا علي مبلغ اضافي كبير جدا 70% زيادة وهي نفس الغرف احتسبوا اكثر من 390 يورو زيادة للغرفتين لكل ليلة

ودفت 500 يورو اضافي ل طفالن صغار 6 و 7 سنوات
مقابل اليقامه من الفترض ان اذا كان الطفال اغل من 11 سنه لا يتطرغ عليه رسوم
