Die Gastgeberfamilie veranstaltete eine Silvesterparty mit lauter Musik und Gästen bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Auf dem Weg ins Badezimmer über den Flur sind uns fremde Partygäste begegnet. Wir hätten gerne gewusst, dass in der Wohnung in der wir übernachten zu diesem Zeitpunkt eine Party gefeiert wird. Die Kaffeemaschine die in der Anzeige erwähnt wird, war nicht vorhanden.

Przepiękny widok z tarasu na 11 piętrze! Bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta gospodyni, z którą był bardzo dobry kontakt. Po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu mogliśmy zameldować się w pokoju wcześniej.

Cons:

Prywatna łazienka jest poza pokojem. Znajduje się na przeciwko pokoju, po drugiej stronie korytarza.

Alloggio in casa con proprietari accoglienti e discreti. Stanza pulita e spaziosa. Accesso diretto alla terrazza immensa con vista sulla chiesa, l'Etna, la città e il mare: stupenda!

Chambre spacieuse et très confortable, literie super. Salle de bain très mimi avec vue sur mer. Terrasse magnifique avec vue sur la cathédrale et Ortegia

Pros:

Tutto. La posizione a 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro, il che è davvero un bene per chi ama camminare. La stanza davvero pulita e con tutti i comfort, per non parlare della terrazza stupenda !! La proprietaria inoltre è una persona davvero super disponibile e sempre sorridente !

Pros:

Si tratta di una camera un una casa privata, proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile. La stanza è enorme, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario (condizionatore, frigo, tavolini e mobili per valigie, specchio…). Tutto molto pulito e curato. Il terrazzo supera i 30 mq, c’è anche un piccolo stendi biancheria e mi pare anche un tavolino. Bagno privato finestrato. A 10 min a piedi da Ortigia, Se siete in macchina il posto è perfetto, per l’ampia disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito proprio sotto il palazzo.

L'emplacement qui nous a évité de prendre la voiture et d'être garé gratuitement, le confort des lits, l'espace immense de la terrasse, la vue sur la cathédrale et la ville jusqu'à la mer, l'accueil.

Posizione strategica, accoglienza molto garbata, camera e bagni puliti, vista panoramica dal terrazzo (le camere si trovano all'undicesimo piano di un palazzo).

Cons:

Pur essendo evidente che le pulizie vengono fatte per bene, nel bagno si sente un leggero odore di fognatura, probabilmente è un problema di tutto il palazzo.

A totally recommended accommodation in Siracusa
Pros:

All great, great location between train station and Ortigia, next to Santa Maria delle Lacrime, we could easily visit Siracusa by walk.
The room is spacious, the private bathroom well equipped, all very clean, the ample terrace is a plus, with a great view from the 11th floor (there is an elevator, don't worry ;).
Additional tip : the Osteria Terra Mia is very close, totally recommended for lunch or dinner.
