Dirty rooms and rude behaviour from the staff.
Pros:

I didn’t like anything about the property.

Cons:

Charged extra, impolite staff, disturbing staff, dirty floors and steps, bad behaviour at the reception, no proper response from owner.

Cons:

It's right over a bar and the whole environment sucks. Precarious iron made stairs which can be dangerous if anyone slips or falls,, leading up to second floor where the dark corridor led to my room. I requested for coffee and the guy who couldn't understand a single word of Hindi or English brought a polythene bag containing coffee and had not the slightest of cour cup or pot. I was informed that there was only one pot in the entire hotel which was used by some customer. They claim to have food facility but the options are very limited. I ordered food once still and the quality of food was bad. No presentation, no professionalism at all and except for water bottles there is nothing i could ask for or are consumable. It was apparent that the food is primarily made to cater to those who come to gulp down alcohol and eat some stuffs along with it. 😕
Washroom had broken commode and the guy at the front desk today was not even courteous to assure that it will be fixed...just OK sir! .that's the only duty he has other than reaching at sharp 11 an and rudely and discourteously telling me "time over sir"...it was shocking. Never stayed at such a bad place and on top of it this guy ensures that this place continues to be a place not worth visiting twice.
The shockers do not end here as the washbasin is in the room itself and there is no wash basin in the washroom , wi-fi was not stable so often, if you wish to watch tv then you use your own subscription of prime or Netflix, there is no table or a working desk in the room, despite asking the guy to clear the food packets from the room he didn't even care to clean up the room properly in two days, next building has construction going on so there was lot of noise throughout the day and there is no place nearby where one could get nice food or tea or coffee.
