The location was great and the staff were very helpful. We booked two studio deluxe rooms and we immediately moved to bigger rooms.
The studio delux room is very small.

I expected to get more with the price I paid. Poor breakfast, overpriced cocktail, smelly room especially from the drain in toilet, old and cheap decoration, tiles, wall, TV, water tap, shower, etc. Looks like a 2.5 to 3 stars hotel, far from 4. However, great service-minded staff, parking spot available, excellent location in Nimman area.

Las fotos no corresponden a las dos habitaciones que reservamos. Las que nos dieron era viejas y no corresponden en nada a las fotos.
Las sábanas estaban manchadas y las toallas viejas y rotas.
El baño tenía ducha. Solo una tina con una ducha teléfono y el techo muy bajo. Mi esposo que mide 1,92 tuvo que bañarse en otro baño.

Great location. Close to shops etc. Also, I felt safe letting my boys (16) go wonder by themselves. Very polite staff and helpful. Great breakfast.

The themed hotel was the perfect first introduction to Chiang Mai. It is well located, with friendly staff and all the amenities you would expect from a three-star hotel. A particular highlight is the thoughtfully designed bar, The Lobbyist, which truly lives up to its description as a quiet oasis. It is the perfect place to unwind with a drink after spending the day exploring the vibrant streets, temples, and cafés of the city.
The hotel offered an excellent balance of comfort, atmosphere, and value, making it an ideal base for discovering Chiang Mai. Also for first nudist not far from 7-11, Maya Mall and One Nimman
