Pros:

Lovely staff, excellent food and fantastic location. We read about how loud the neighborhood could be in the evening, but had no problem whatsoever. As soon as we closed the windows it was silent.

Cons:

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, but a bit inflexible. You have three categories and have to take one thing from each. If you want to skip the food and just have a second coffee, then you have to pay.

Surprisingly good.
Pros:

The room was small but very adequate and contained a surprising number of amenities. The bed was comfy and the room was very quiet with the AC on and the windows closed. Sorry we couldn't stay longer.

Pros:

I stayed at DWELL for a 4-day solo trip combining leisure and remote work. The location is absolutely unbeatable—situated perfectly between Syntagma and Monastiraki, making every major site walkable within minutes. The street (Miltiadou) is lively yet not overwhelming.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They were incredibly helpful, polite, and responsive to my needs. My room (Superior Studio) was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a great start to the day.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a central, comfortable, and high-quality stay in Athens. I will definitely come back!
