Une semaine de bonheur en famille où l’on profite du lieu et de l’accueil chaleureux de toute l’équipe

Nous y allons en famille pour la quatrième année et nous adorons toujours autant l’ambiance , les équipe d’animation, les activités, les sports proposés

Cons:

Je regrette juste une chose, j’aimais beaucoup l’emplacement réservé au + de 18 ans n’a plus la même ambiance et les lits où l’on pouvait s’allonger à l’ombre et lire tranquillement ont disparu.

Tolles Essen, Sport und Strand - kleiner Preis, daher auch nicht zu viel erwarten.
Pros:

Tolle Anlage mit großem Sportangebot, schönem Strand und sehr gutem Essen im Hauptrestaurant (untypisch für Hotels mit mehreren reservierungspflichtigen Nebenrestaurants). Die Animateure sind super freundlich und hilsbereit. Großes Dankeschön insbesondere and Mehdi und Nabyl.

Cons:

Die Anlage ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Abnutzung ist im Zimmer als auch der gesamten Außenanlage deutlich spürbar. Dazu kommen erhebliche technische Störungen. Das Licht funktioniert an vielen Stellen der Außenanlage nicht, vor allem nicht das Flutlicht auf den Tennisplätzen, was ein Spielen nach Sonnenuntergang (im Oktober bereits um 17:30) nicht möglich macht.

Das Gravierenste war allerdings der komplette technische Ausfall der zentralen Magic Life App. Weder meine Mitreisenden noch die Animateure für die verschiedenen Sportarten konnten uns für die Sporttermine einbuchen, da das Login-System nicht funktioniert hat. Jegliche Versuche auch mit dem Guest-Service Team, den Login abzuschließen, blieben erfolglos. Somit konnten wir uns zu keinem Termin offiziell anmelden und mussten vor Ort auf einen freien Platz hoffen. Absolutes Versagen der IT Abteilung. Noch schlimmer wurde es dadurch, dass manche Gäste sich sehr wohl einloggen konnten (oder schon eingeloggt waren) und sehr wohl buchen konnten - das war natürlich dann extrem unfair.

Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant ist wie gesagt sehr gut und auch sehr abwechslungsreich mit Mottoabenden und Live-Cooking und Grill. Die Nebenrestaurants jedoch waren sehr klein (5 Tische bei größeren Gruppen), daher auch immer ausgebucht, und das A-la-carte menü war sehr schwach, sowohl inhaltlich als auch qualitativ.

Mitarbeiter sind generell freundlich und zuvorkommend, lediglich das Rezeptionspersonal ist absolut desinteressiert. Unsere Hotel-Transfer Emails und Nachrichten via Booking blieben unbeantwortet, das App Thema wurde offensichtlich nicht vorangetrieben und auch Informationen mussten mühsam aus den Kollegen herausgefragt werden.

A lot of activities for kids, good food and bars, good service in main restaurant. Good aqua park and a very nice beach. Nice shisha bar.

Cons:

Magnifique séjour
Pros:

L’ambiance est géniale, les infrastructures sont au top, les piscines sont magnifiques, les bars et les restaurants sont très agréables. Les animations et les soirées sont également un vrai plus, avec une équipe qui contribue pleinement à rendre le séjour inoubliable.

Un énorme coup de cœur et une mention toute particulière pour Antoine, l’animateur, qui a été tout simplement génial du début à la fin ! Toujours souriant, dynamique, sympathique et investi, il a vraiment fait la différence durant notre séjour. Merci à lui pour sa bonne humeur et tous ces bons moments ! 🙌

Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe pour son travail et pour cette superbe semaine. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Cons:

Le seul petit point négatif concerne la literie. Nous avons trouvé le matelas assez dur, avec quelques ressorts qui se faisaient sentir. De plus, notre lit double était composé de deux lits simples rapprochés, ce qui faisait que nous nous retrouvions régulièrement dans le creux entre les deux lits pendant la nuit. Un point qui pourrait être amélioré pour garantir un meilleur confort et des nuits plus agréables.

Mis à part ce petit désagrément, tout a été parfait ! Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation

La proximité avec la plage

Cons:

Ménage mal fait, très peu de moyen donner au agent d’entretien pour le réalisé. Par exemple ne dispose que de ballet et non d’aspirateur. A notre arrivée chambre non préparer cheveux présent dans les draps.
Envahissement de fourmis dans les chambres et dans la literie.

Le buffet et de moyenne qualité cependant le restaurant tunisien et somptueux

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im TUI MAGIC LIFE Penelope Beach und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut haben uns das leckere und abwechslungsreiche Essen, die Pools und die tolle Atmosphäre gefallen.
Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist das Hotel ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt ebenfalls.
Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! 😊
