Pretty much everything!
Nothing really (maybe just the sea urchins but they are everywhere)
We had such a incerdible time here! The place is wonderful and so close to the sea that you can practically hear the waves crashing if you leave the window open. And the studio is modern and spotless, equipped with everything you could ever need.
The owners, Alex and Stella, are the sweetest people. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. They were so friendly and attentive, it made all the difference.
So from the bottom of our hearts we say thank you!
The vila is new and modern, very nice and attentive owners. Clean and tidy rooms. The beach and the sun-beds are really clean and taken care of. The beach is very close.Thank you Stella and Alex for a great organized vacation!

Auf der Wiese stand. Nur 4 Liegen und 2 Schirme zu Verfügung. Leider zu wenig für die Anlage.
The place is just wonderful. Beautifully and modern designed studios (some with a pool), right at the seafront. There is a nice and super calm green grass yard where you can sunbathe and go directly to the sea from there. There is absolutely everything at walking distance - shops, cafes, tavernas, bakery and some 2-3 beaches. A lot more are at a 5-10 min drive.
The owners are a young couple who are there all the time, always ready to help with whatever you need. Very thoughtful from them was to give us a list with places to eat, upon arrival. Hospitable sincerely and from the hearth. Thank you, Stella and Alex!
I strongly recommend the place if you want silence and complete relax.

Gazde tinere si primitoare, locatie excelenta pe malul marii, cladire moderna cu dotari complete si de calitate, apartament confortabil cu piscina proprie si terasa, intimitate asigurata si curatenie exemplara.

Locație foarte comfortabila! Plaja nu e foarte mare, cu pietre, însă locul este foarte potrivit pt odihna si liniște!

La posizione del resort è fantastica, immersa nella natura ai margini di un piccolo paese. Il mare di fronte è accessibile anche senza scarpette (ci sono dei ricci ma non nel primo tratto). Avevamo l’appartamento con una piccola piscina ottima per rinfrescarsi. Stella ed Alex sono gentilissimi e a disposizione per qualsiasi consiglio o problema. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità della zona, a piedi si raggiungono le taverne del paese. In auto, le spiagge più belle. Ogni due giorni effettuano pulizie e cambio della biancheria. Bellissimi tramonti.
We absolutely loved Olive & Sea Luxury Suites, a brand-new place we stayed at for the first time in my all-time favorite Thassos.
A stunning beachfront property, thoughtfully transformed from an old olive oil factory into a stylish and charming hotel. Every outdoor space is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery — the whole place is just a dream.
Our room and private pool were incredibly comfortable, with every little detail taken care of. Even though the seabed was a bit rocky, it only took one step to find yourself in calm, clear waters — and often with no one else around.
On the day of our departure, we still woke up early just to enjoy one last swim — it was that good!
From the moment you arrive, Alex and Stella welcome you as if you're guests in their own home. They're instantly attentive to everything you might need.
When we were leaving, they even surprised us with sweet little gifts — local honey and thyme — a lovely final touch.

(And by the way… despite all my insistence, Alex refused to accept the tip I tried to hand over. Alex, maybe you won't become rich with this attitude — but you're definitely a true gentleman!)
First and most important thing is I never saw such a clean accommodation. They have such attention to details. Stella and Alex are amazing and will help you with anything you want. The garden is really well kept and the sunsets in this place are something else. It is quite and the factvthat it is not in the middle of the crowd, you cand really relax at your peace.

Stella is a wonderful host – she helped us with everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. The location of the hotel is amazing; you can hear the waves crashing right outside the wall, which creates such a relaxing atmosphere. We absolutely loved the sunsets! The village and beaches were within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. The hotel was spotlessly clean. We would love to stay here again!
We had a perfect stay and didn’t experience a single negative thing.
We had a wonderful stay! The room was perfect, featuring a private pool that made our time even more relaxing. Just 10 steps from the sea, the location is unbeatable. The water was crystal clear. Just be sure to bring water shoes, as the entrance to the sea is a bit rocky at first. That said, sea shoes are sold in almost every local supermarket, so it’s not a problem if you don’t have any.
There is plenty of parking so there is no need to worry if you are coming with a car.

Warm, welcoming, and always helpful. We felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. We would gladly visit again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful seaside escape.
Wasps everywhere, not connected to the complex. It's an issue on Thasos in general. Make sure to bring some creams for wasp stings and repellents. Avoid eating meat during the day outside as they will swarm you.
View is great, very clean apartment, very clean pool , excellent hosts, best place for an easy life vacation.
My husband and I loved our stay here. The hotel is new and the owners really put their hearts into it. They renovated their grandfather's olive oil factory to create apartment style rooms with a small kitchen and living room area. The rooms have old stone walls and you see the ocean just as you step out of your room. The grounds are thoughtfully maintained and the location is great. The place was very peaceful and calm.
