the sea view is good,and it is near to the sea by walking,you can get there.
the sheet and the duvet is not clean，the lady checked and it was true but still didn't change it,I don't know where,and I felt no respect

Same as the pic, the view is awsome and very clean and have all needed facilities, kitchen is equipped with everything

The view and the location are amazing. Very calming
I had a very bad check in experience which led to stay in the property not clean 100%.
The host explained the situation in a very smooth way and I accepted the situation. Other than that everything was great. Would definitely book it again and hopefully the check in experience would be better by then.
The balcony is the best, perfect seaview from the balcony. Thanks Adrian for hosting us.
Mosquitoes a bit annoying ..the restaurant in the resort late open and closed early…
The apartment was lovely, just as the pictures. Looks out to the sea. Netflix on the bedroom tv. We brought our amazon fire stick with us and used it on the TV in the living room. The complex and the pools are clean and tidy. There is a bar/restaurant which offers food and beer at a very reasonable price. It's a 25-minute cab ride to Hurghada Marina, which is worth a visit. Taxi's are very cheap, only a couple of pounds!
Only had 2 bath sheets for a 10 day stay. There is a washing machine, so I bought washing powder and washed myself!
The entrance to the site is a bit rough looking, with building works still in process, as is the area around the resort. However, once you get over the initials, surprise the area, not so bad! Not tourist resort.
We liked the tranquility. Apartment right on the beach with a great view.
I really liked the keypad for entry instead of a key.
The apartment had everything we needed, although a couple of more towels would be preferable and a hand towel for washing hands. Although washing machine is provided which we made great use of. So not a great issue
Wi-Fi was great our first week. Second week of our holiday was a bit tempormental. Wi-Fi, with no Internet connection. I assume that is due to Internet provider though as can go down from time to time.
Fantastic communication with owner, ( Adrian) who kept in touch with us throughout our holiday if we required any info.
Staff at the poolside bar were fantastic and very friendly, helpful too. Was sad to say goodbye to Kalid and Anton. Will miss them.
Nardeen, property manager was very helpful and showed us were Supermarkets, Restaurants where within the Resort.
Can also help with an excursions you would like to do.
Resort to be honest is pretty quiet, although a twenty minute taxi ride will take you into Hurghada which was amazing to see.
I am told that the bars are on Sheraton Road
which we didn't visit. Not big drinker,

I couldn't get over how many shops are there and was amazed to find out all these are open until about two in the morning. This is when all residents come out onto the streets as I assume it can be very hot throughout the day.

VIEW, VIEW, VIEW. Location a relaxing bit just north of Hurghada. Lots of beach umbrellas and chairs. Wash machine in apartment is a bonus. Great for longer stays: full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, cooking supplies, completely furnished. Shower is separate from toilet area. Balcony has drying rack and outdoor dining furniture. Owner is extremely responsive. Working elevator in the building! Small on site beach cafe WITH real lattes, cappuccinos etc no instant Nespresso. Walking distance to both small and larger grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacy’s.
Do not be surprised that there is unfinished construction on site, it’s not uncommon in Egypt. The correct entrance has a Turtle’s Beach sign in front of the drive. Water shoes are good as the beaches on this coast have coarse sand, from the surrounding mountains.
We had one small misunderstanding as Booking.com lists the property as providing breakfast. It does NOT. The owner worked with us to resolve this minor advertising error. Hopefully Booking.com will take responsibility to modify the listing. We were still so pleased with the property that we booked an extra night.
The only important thing to note is that the windows in the master bedroom can be opened on either side and one side has no screening so parents be alert and watch your children.

The perfect location, the quick check in, there is good internet connection, the awesome view of the see, a fridge, a microwave and other cooking facilities.
There was no water in the apartment during our stay. We contacted the person in charge, Nardeen, and she mentioned that this is not her problem and there is no warer in the whole city. Also, Tv wasn't working properly and nobody helped eventhough we contacted them.
The room and the view was amazing, and the room was so clean and you have everything that you need in the room. The most important thing that I like is the owner allowed pets in which I’m so happy about it. We had a great holiday and will definitely go back there again.
Amazing place.
Right on the beach, you have direct view of the sea from both the bedroom and the living room, where there is a balcony, you can witness amazing sunset and sunrise without even leaving the place :)
The place is clean and cosy, and the kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need.
The beach is beautiful, not too deep, great for kids. If you'd like to have a swim, you'll need to go further into the water.
5 minutes away from the resort, you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, and some local coffee shops and restaurants.
Nothing.
Very unique location, a top view, and a lovely apartment with nice and good quality stuff.
I also like the resort, it reminds me of luxury camping sometimes.
The highlight of the apartment is that it's on the beach, so you basically live on the beach for a while
Sometimes a bit noisy but that's all over EGYPT I guess.
ps, in the night and morning it's really quiet :-)
