Comfortable and value for money and great location will return
Pros:

I loved the bath and loads of biscuits and Claire was very kind and understanding when I screwed up my booking

Cons:

It was so hot in the room and took a long time to cool down

I was in redcar for a staff night out, the town was lively and was a enjoyable night out.

Cons:

Redcar is a little bit run down like most town centres.

We needed somewhere to lay our heads overnight after day at the races and it suited us

Excellent. Loved it. Great value.
Pros:

Everything. Loved the quirky paintings in the corridors. Room excellent. Bed comfy. Saw the Boutique hotel on Hotel Inspector, liked it then & wasnt disappointed. V.cold time of year but room very cosy & warm. Definately recommend

Cons:

Didnt visit for the bar but due to extreme cold weather we had a couple of hours in there. Not very comfortable, needs better cushions on the long seating area. Bit dark too.candles on the tables would have helped.

Fantastic boutique I 100% recommend!
Pros:

I only stayed one night at this little boutique hotel but it was perfect. It was absolutely spotless & cannot fault it in any way.
The host came to meet me to show me to my room etc, as I hadn’t arrived until later in the afternoon. She was very helpful & very nice host. Everything was explained to me & she kept in touch to make sure I had all that I needed for my nights stay. She even wished me a pleasant & safe journey home the next day. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Everything is in walking distance, plenty of places to eat out, visit & other facilities around the area. Beautiful hotel & the room I stayed in was just stunning. Not a fault at all. I will make a point in returning in the summer months.

Not worth the money, unsafe entrance for a female on her own, not a warm peaceful stay
Pros:

Firstly they weren’t expecting me so instantly felt that they couldn’t be bothered, then in a storm they sent me around the back down an alleyway on my own at night to a door with a code. I realised I was alone, the bar below was closed, the room was beyond freezing, no tv, no teaspoon to stir your drink, bed was like rock. I checked out half an hour after I arrived especially after the band in the rock pub next door started at 9pm

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Claire was lovely and communicated promptly. Lovely little bar downstairs. The room was nice and modern and clean. The Location was also great. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Room didn't have a TV, but if your not staying in the room and just using it to sleep then its not a miss. We always bring out projector and fire stick. We wanted to watch the boxing after a meal which we did in the comfy room.

Helped me relax before my Monday, all-day meeting!
Pros:

Unique decor, fresh and vibrant. The room was fabulous and cosy, I couldn’t fault it really, just what I wanted.☺️The bar was great, Claire and team were very welcoming, couldn’t do enough for me, great night.
