No breakfast, location good

Cons:

To many stairs to get to a quiet room no USB port near bed very loose toilet seat not full tea and coffee tray no sugar or sweeteners

Stayed for an anniversary and will now be visiting the area just to stay again !
Pros:

As I went for an anniversary , Claire made an amazing effort to decorate the room prior to arrival and ear plugs were provided if the DJ night got too noisy downstairs but we ended up joining in so no need :)

I was in redcar for a staff night out, the town was lively and was a enjoyable night out.

Redcar is a little bit run down like most town centres.

Everything. Loved the quirky paintings in the corridors. Room excellent. Bed comfy. Saw the Boutique hotel on Hotel Inspector, liked it then & wasnt disappointed. V.cold time of year but room very cosy & warm. Definately recommend

Cons:

Didnt visit for the bar but due to extreme cold weather we had a couple of hours in there. Not very comfortable, needs better cushions on the long seating area. Bit dark too.candles on the tables would have helped.

Fantastic boutique I 100% recommend!
Pros:

I only stayed one night at this little boutique hotel but it was perfect. It was absolutely spotless & cannot fault it in any way.
The host came to meet me to show me to my room etc, as I hadn’t arrived until later in the afternoon. She was very helpful & very nice host. Everything was explained to me & she kept in touch to make sure I had all that I needed for my nights stay. She even wished me a pleasant & safe journey home the next day. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Everything is in walking distance, plenty of places to eat out, visit & other facilities around the area. Beautiful hotel & the room I stayed in was just stunning. Not a fault at all. I will make a point in returning in the summer months.
