Wonderful decor and helpful staff
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable room. Very helpful staff

Cons:

Not a fan of self check in and no TVs but all this was made very clear on booking so can't really complain

Not recommend.
Pros:

Very comfy bed. Nice and modern shower. Tea and coffee in the room.

Cons:

Room was so noisy. Karaoke downstairs. All night busses on the street. We had to keep the window open , because there was no air con. And check out at 10am, I tried to pay extra for late check out, but I couldn't, even if there was an information on the booking I can have late check out with extra payment.

Absolutely amazing and can’t wait to go there again!
Pros:

The owner Clare was so accommodating and she feel us so welcome. The room is beautiful and the decor is so artistic and the area is very convenient to go everywhere.

Cons:

Parking and the noise although Clare went out her way by letting us park in her own space but would lovely if we had a proper car park just for the hotel customers.

Pros:

Such a beautiful room, very tasteful decor. The bath was a lovely touch.

Cons:

We loved everything.
Our only negative was late check in/early check out, should be at least 3pm - 11am.

Lovely place to stay.
Pros:

Lovely and clean. Host was brilliant. Would stay here again. Bonus being above a pub.

Cons:

The sink and toilet were a bit noisy so couldn’t flush during the night. Not a big issue.

Redcar racing 2 night stay.
Pros:

The host, Claire, so helpful and accommodating, everything was set out beautifully, the room was just so pretty and had everything you needed, from the kettle, fab hairdryer and breakfast bars 😊 Staff in the bar were also brilliant, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Parking is great if you have a blue badge but otherwise you have to park a little further up the road.

Cons:

Everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever.

An amazing stay and would highly recommend
Pros:

Firstly do not judge this accomodation on the area when you arrive, as trust me the room is very very nice and not would you'd expect in this area as it is a little run down in surrounding areas. The lady that runs the bar and rooms is amazing and very accomodating. The room itself was very very clean and tidy and the look of the room is very cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and large to accomodate all shapes and sizes - I'm 6ft 4in tall and wellbuilt and I had a lovely shower (trust me this is rare for people my size). We only stayed one night but will defintely be coming back if needing to stay in the area. Codes are available to use the back door if you'd not wish to use the bar area, so all in all we really enjoyed it and it was a lot better than we expected. I would STRONGLY advise if you're looking for a room in this area, then I doubt you'd get better than this for the price. We've stayed in worse for more money!!!

If we are to be picky, then there wasn't a hairdryer in the room, but I'm pretty sure the landlady said if we need one then she'd sort it out. I have no complaints about this stay, as landlady and room were much better than expected.
