Everything!

First, there was a complimentary transfer from airport to the hotel and vice versa!

Secondly, the staff are really very friendly and accommodating. Starting from our driver Costas, the receptionists Angelo, Pablos and George until to the lovely ladies of the restaurant Dimitria and Vaselina and to others.

Thirdly, the hotel itself is clean with a stunning view of the whole Caldera including the sunrise and sunset!

And lastly, the location, it was the best location for us because it is far away from the hassle and buzzle of Fira and Oia. And also our room was upgraded to an absolute paradise with direct view of the sea with our own private pool!

I highly recommend this hotel! If you want to spend worth of your money, this is the place to be!

An absolutely dreamlike stay – I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
Pros:

The location and especially the view were simply breathtaking. Sitting there in the morning with a coffee, looking out over the caldera, you can hardly believe a place like this is real. It's exactly how you imagine Santorini – and it somehow exceeds even that.

The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and designed with real attention to detail. But the true highlight was the hotel manager. This man is like something out of a film: charming, attentive, always one step ahead, with a warmth you rarely come across these days. No wish went unanswered, every recommendation was spot on, and from the very first moment you felt like a personal guest rather than just a number.

This level of service turned a beautiful holiday into an unforgettable one. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything – 10 out of 10!

A vista é deslumbrante (o quarto q pegamos era em baixo da cozinha,mas n fomos atrapalhados com barulho) ,o banheiro é maravilhoso ,tanto o chuveiro quanto a banheira ,a cama é mt confortável …
Na parte de fora ,tem um vista linda das caldeiras,a piscina mt boa e limpa e um espaço mt confortável e privado

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr empfehlenswert, sehr nettes, aufmerksames Team.
Pros:

Von den Zimmern/ Suiten hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Caldera. Man sieht die anderen Städte von dort aus. Die Suiten mit dem eigenen Pool sind hervorragend. Nicht nur die Zimmer, auch der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, man hat auch abends einen wundervollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Der Service ist einwandfrei. Wenn man Fragen hat oder etwas braucht, es wird schnellstmöglich erledigt und organisiert (z.B. Leihwagen etc.). Kostenloser Shuttle Service von und zum Flughafen. Frühstück ist für die Größe des Hotels angemessen und es war alles frisch angerichtet. Zu jeder Zeit konnten wir auch Essen von der Karte bestellen und das hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt.
Die ganze Anlage ist sehr empfehlenswert, sehr nettes, aufmerksames Team. Sollten wir noch mal nach Santorini kommen, dann würden wir wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Pokoje z widokiem na kalderę. Spokój, cisza.
Bardzo czysto. Codziennie wymieniane ręczniki. Bardzo dobre śniadanie - bufet.
Niezwykle pomocny i życzliwy personel.
Transfer z i na lotnisko w cenie pobytu.
W pobliżu taverna z przepysznym jedzeniem. Ok. 1-1,5km miasteczko Akrotiri- spacer ciasnymi uliczkami charakterystycznymi dla Santorini. W miasteczku kolejne bardzo dobre restauracje.

Everything. The views were amazing. The breakfast was huge and lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room cleaned everyday. Fresh towels and toiletries. Plenty of everything. The views and staff make this place so special. My room was huge. Fine large fridge. The spa bath was fab and worked well.
Loungers outside my room.
Some people complain about no kettle, not everyone is Irish or English!! We love tea! Or maybe feel we need the kettle just in case..... Simply ask and you shall recieve!!

Incredible views of the Caldera
Pros:

Fantastic views of the island, great facilities, and very friendly and helpful staff. We had the suite with the hot tub, which we used every night.

Cons:

Hiking trails, while very nice, are not quite as spectacular as the one from Oia to Fira.
