Wonderful Experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.
All the hotel staff were warm‑hearted, polite and incredibly helpful. Every member of the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome during our visit. The front‑desk service was efficient and thoughtful, and housekeeping kept our room in perfect condition.
The facilities are well‑maintained, modern and fully‑equipped. Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet and very comfortable with soft bedding and reliable Wi‑Fi. Public areas of the hotel are beautifully decorated and well‑kept.
We were deeply impressed by the high‑quality service and cozy atmosphere. It is an ideal choice for couples visiting the 798 Art Zone. We will absolutely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Beijing

Cons:

The staff could not really understand English. All the messages to the hotel sent via booking.com app were not answered. I booked to check-in one day earlier to secure a room because i was arriving early in the morning the next day. My messages were to inform the hotel about that. When i arrived at the hotel, they had cancelled my booking.
