整個環境都不錯，如果不是在1樓可能感受會更好
Pros:

環境的整齊和舒適度，而且有腳踏車可以免費使用騎腳踏車在枋寮的市區上逛逛就非常的足夠了

Cons:

因為是住在1樓，1樓房間的後面應該是水塔或者是抽水馬達或者是熱水器，所以樓上的住戶使用熱水或是洗澡的時候，真的聲音會非常的吵雜且大聲，不確定後面是水塔還是熱水器

Loved our stay in our beautiful room with ocean view- make sure you ask for top floor and ocean view

很乾淨，有很多小餅乾可以吃還有咖啡可以喝

Cons:

因為我們住1樓很多房客講話都很大聲，我們隔音不好都有聽到他們交談的聲音，到了晚上11點多都還有人在煮咖啡早上六點多也在煮還有煮咖啡的機器聲，明明上面就寫八點到10點才可以煮咖啡來喝，還有走樓梯的聲音都很大聲
