房間乾淨工作人員很親切
Pros:

飯店一樓服務人員，幫我們叫計程車，發現叫不到計程車，主動詢問主管是否開公務車舒緩一下。
另外還每問必答的服務態度，真的很棒。

價錢太貴，一萬三的四人房，難怪國旅大家都再三考慮

離市區稍遠，不過附近有便利商店還算是方便

Cons:

水療設施沒有三溫暖是美中不足，泳池區更衣室的冷氣太強。地下停車場有些停車位太窄，停了三台車幾乎無法開門

1. 停車空間：停車位偏小，因建築基地與支柱配置所限可以理解，但實際停放仍較有壓力，建議可採分層或動線管理方式，提升使用便利性。
2. 衛浴設備：房內衛浴未設置浴缸，對於以度假型住宿期待放鬆泡澡的旅客而言稍感可惜。
3. 迎賓點心：以房價水準而言，迎賓點心的種類略顯單一，若能增加嘉義在地特色點心，會更具記憶點，也更貼近地方文化。
