na een lange tijd voelde het weer alsof ik als koning behandeld werd. de personeel is zeer gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. ze helpen je in alles waar je een vraagteken in hebt. het ontbijt kon niet beter en met een zeer prachtige uitzicht waar jij je ogen niet in gelooft. locatie was top!!!!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. We were upgraded to a large room with our own private pool. The view was incredible. Also, we could hear the piano bar music at night. Amazing views and great service.
There wasn't really anything that we hated. The beds were a bit hard for our taste but that is our personal preference as side sleepers. Would prefer if the coffee at the breakfast was self serve rather than waiting to be served

The location is incredible the rooms are so nice we got a free upgrade on our honeymoon and the staff are so helpful and kind.

View from our room was incredible, excellent view of the sea where the cruise ships were harboured. We will absolutely visit the Pegasus Suites again in the future. The staff were also extremely attentive to our every need.

Loved the location close to Féria with plenty of great eateries a short walk away! Views were amazing and the staff was absolutely awesome from check in until check out! Maria the hostess was so helpful accommodating and knowledgeable about everything. Effie was an absolute sweet heart that was helpful in every way possible always with an outstanding and friendly attitude. John in food service was also amazing , the entire customer team were a 10 out of 10 what an amazing stay we had! Recommend this hotel to everyone
Service, Room service, Food, View, Private infinity pool on balcony. Also the spa is private when couples book!

We liked everything. I would like to praise Maria from the reception.
Location is very good and staff is nice.
The bar closed to the hotel had live music.
At the check in desk I could not pay by card (I had to pay cash) because they asked me card in papers and we don’t use anymore for years.
After flight being tired waiting 30 minutes in the reception trying to find a solution to pay is not nice at all.
They did not let us enter in the room without paying..
I asked them coffe cups every day 2 pieces and extra water (all paid extra) and they were bringing 1 bottle of water and 2 coffee for 2 people, sending us to the supermarket to buy them cheaper.
Asking them why they are acting like this, all the time were told: this are the rules.
I never found some stupid rules never in the world.
When you get upset, they are offering you extra INFORMATION about the sights :)))
This is the attitude of poor people/ owners/managers ( who implemented these rules) for a 5 stars hotel.
The shower was very old and broken, as mostly things from the room ( air conditioner, tv).
Food from the breakfast was basic and nothing amazing, but divers.
The island was 40 % populated (may be because of earthquake by prices were generally high.
