Tout était parfait, l’emplacement, l’hôtel, la vue, le personnel était juste incroyable, je recommande à tout le monde pour le plus beau séjour en Grèce de votre vie
An excellent hotel! We cannot praise the staff enough, especially Maria at reception and John in the restaurant. They are a credit to the hotel and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Maria gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations, which we were very grateful for because Imerovigli, Firostefani and Fira are chock-full of places to eat. Surupo, which is just up from the hotel, was our favourite and one we would highly recommend to anyone reading this review.
We had a small room for most of our stay, but were then upgraded to a suite at the end, which was a lovely gesture and one that we appreciated. The rooms have everything you need - slippers, robe, toiletries, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle and minibar. It's all there!
As someone who is fussy about cleanliness of hotel rooms, I cannot fault the cleaning staff. Everything was spotless, so our thanks to them for doing such a good job.
We weren't really there long enough to find things to dislike. If I was being picky, I would probably say that we had lunch in the hotel on our first day and it was perfectly fine but we had better meals elsewhere.

We spent 3 days at this hotel and had an exceptional stay. The view is simply stunning and breathtaking, making the experience even more memorable.
The hotel is full of charm, beautifully maintained, and ideally located. It offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while being close enough to Fira to reach on foot and enjoy its vibrant atmosphere, shops, and restaurants.
Our room was even better than expected: comfortable, spacious, and perfectly equipped. We also greatly appreciated the kindness, warm welcome, and availability of the staff, who were always ready to make our stay unique and ensure we had everything we needed.
We highly recommend this hotel without hesitation and would be delighted to return in the future.

Amazing hotel with a great location and very friendly staff. The room was spacious and impressive, and the indoor pool was bigger than expected, which was a nice surprise. The cave-style room itself was very quiet and well soundproofed. The only noise issue came from the pool area during sleeping hours. hotel is highly recommended, and I would definitely visit again.
Check-in was a bit inconvenient, as the hotel requested either a €200 deposit or a photocopy of the front side of a physical credit card as security.
We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Pegasus Suites & Spa. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was perfect. The hospitality and generosity of the entire team were well beyond our expectations. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel special. The service, the stunning views, and the kindness of the staff made our holiday in Santorini unique. Thank you for everything – we cannot recommend this hotel enough !

L'accueil et la générosité de toute l'équipe étaient bien au-delà de nos espérances. Ils font vraiment tout leur possible pour que vous vous sentiez privilégiés. Le service, la vue imprenable et la gentillesse du personnel ont rendu nos vacances à Santorin uniques. Merci pour tout – nous recommandons cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation !

The staff are absolutely fantastic, they really are so accommodating, especially the breakfast team. They are a credit to the management. Everyone from cleaners to front desk were so lovely and they take great pride in their work. Great help on offer for suitcase transport on check out and comfortable airport transport.

Great effort made to ensure our room was replenished even when we were in it a lot on one occasion.
This is falsely being advertised and priced as 5-star, it is nice but no way is it 5-star. 5-star is luxury, there is very little luxury here. Definitely 5-star in terms of service but not facilities. Room was quite dated and tired in places. Basic key lock system needs to be updated. Lack of plug sockets in useful places. Air con was hit and miss, the unit is on the front door so cant really feel the benefit of it at night, glad we were only there in May when its a little cooler!
5-star would be a la carte breakfast, not a buffet.
This property needs to come with a warning for those of lesser mobility as its quite a hike to walk to it from Fira direction and we are young and fit!. Steps, steps and more steps! No obvious lift available to use. Check in reception area is very strange, would be very cramped if 2 groups arrived together. There is a large lobby downstairs that never looks used.

Nothing, but be aware that the rooms are built into the side of a cliff so there are lots of steps. No onsite parking but free parking very close at bottom of hill
