Pros:

The elevator and cart to take your luggage to the room. I didn't use it, but the pool/spa and laundry room.

Cons:

That you have to request room service before 10. The shower head in the restroom shot every which way but straight down. The room next to me kept their restroom light/fan on for 16+ hours.

Great optiton for stay!
Pros:

Comfort of the beds, room size, closet and the bathroom with a durable shower. Amenities at the room

Cons:

Pretty poor breakfast option. Sometimes noise from freeway 101

My stay at Buena vista
Pros:

She let me slide on the deposit well the GM Dianna did. Thank God cause I did not see the deposit details anywhere so you might wanna make that easier to read or just do away with that deposit crap

Cons:

Deposit for room I felt like it was unnecessary since it was business related
