Staff were superb! Have nothing but wonderful compliments for the staff!
No generator at this location! Be careful when looking for a place if inclement weather strikes & you need a warm place to stay! We will not make that same mistake again. For this type of hotel & the price they should have a back up generator when everyone is losing power & looking for a room this isn't it. Everyone should be refunded for the day or days without electricity they stayed. Rented the room Saturday-Monday. Lost power around 6am Sunday & it was still down when we left Monday morning. We were informed the owner doesn't like generators. I know that we can't forsee losing power, but yes big hotels normally keep a back up generator. Make sure you ask these places next time you're seeking shelter & not just a business or accommodation for a vacation.

The staff was very friendly and efficient, quiet even though they allow pets.
Found a couple of bugs in my room on the floor and near the window, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.
The room was spacious and clean!

No closet, bathroom mirror light just partially working, commode seat loose, needed to be replaced.

Location:/proximity to family, pretty pool area, nicely decorated. Elevator was large enough for my wheelchair.
Outdated fixtures, bathroom fixtures need attention - shower made awful noise, took forever for water to get warm in sink.
