WiFi connection was poor and it does not look like in the pictures. The balcony was not safe and it looks as if construction is not completed.

Pros:

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. C'est un endroit calme et plein de verdure. Quel plaisir de pouvoir se reposer et profiter de la piscine en famille et avec nos amis. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Merci pour votre chaleureuse hospitalité.

Cons:

Se anuncia como un hotel de 5 estrellas, pero su nivel es muy inferior. Muchas cosas no funcionaban (ascensor, cafetera en el restaurante para el desayuno, no salía agua de la ducha), los muelles de la cama hacían mucho ruido, no había champú, el aire acondicionado prácticamente no se notaba. Y los servicios prestados fueron muy deficientes: había contratado un servicio de traslado desde el aeropuerto, pero nadie me esperaba a mi llegada; la preparación del desayuno fue muy lenta, etc.

Not satisfied with the standard and services. Far below my expectations.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming.

Cons:

The hotel is not worthy the cost paid. Small rooms, bath rooms very small and incovenients. I was not pleased when the driver who took me to airport asked me to pay. It is said on line that the hotel provides pick-up and drop to airport.

Für eine Nacht ganz okay.....
Pros:

Super Lage zum Flughafen und absolut freundliches Personal

Cons:

Sehr kleine Auswahl beim Frühstück, Abends musste immer erst nachgefragt werden, ob das Gericht aus der Karte möglich ist. Getränke waren auch sehr Rah, ein großer Vorrat das man mal drei Bier trinken kann war nicht vorhanden. Alles in einem ein normales Hotel, aber keinesfalls ein 5* Hotel.

The hotel could be fantastic with a little work.
Pros:

The hotel has 24 hour security and is very clean. Quiet location next to the lake and lakeside eating choices.

Cons:

The hot water was turned off 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. Food service is extremely slow.
