Pros:

Praktikable Gemeinschaftküche mit Heißwasserspender, Mikrowelle, Kochplatten und div.. Geschirr.

Cons:

1) Der Schlüssel musste an einer anderen Stelle geholt werden, erst danach zur Zimmeradresse. Beides war nach Ankunft vom Flughafen in der Nacht bei Dauerregen und generell schlechter Straßenbeschilderung in Taipeh etwas schwierig zu finden. Aber sowohl der Vermieter als auch Menschen auf der Straße haben geholfen, so dass ich beide Adressen fand. Warum der Zugang zum Haus nicht einfach übers Zahlenschloss erfolgt, das neben der Tür angebracht ist und mit dem Transponder bereits funktioniert, erschließt sich mir nicht.
2) Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und sehr einfach, dafür der Preis dafür niedrig. Jedoch blättert die Farbe von Wänden, da müsste was gemacht werden!

Cons:

Gemeinschaftsbad nicht wirklich sauber. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Schlüssel muss an einem anderen Ort abgeholt werden. Toilettenpapier hängt außerhalb der Toilette (ziemlich unpraktisch).

Edificio al limite del fatiscente
Ambiente sporco e poco salubre.
La prima stanza fornita presentava segni di muffa nel soffitto ed un aria irrespirabile
Dopo reclamo ci è stata cambiata ma anche nella seconda stanza la situazione è migliorata di poco rendendo il soggiorno veramente poco confortevole.
Non consigliata neanche per una notte

夜市も徒歩圏内で満足です。
Pros:

スタッフの方が親切でした。
要望を聞いてくれました。
鍵を別の場所に取りに行くのも個人的には
そんなに問題には思いませんでした。

使うお客さんの問題だと思います。
設備に問題はないですね。

Pros:

シャンプーとボディソープがシャワー室に備え付け、共用の台所あり、自室に鍵をかけられ、各部屋にエアコンと棚と机がある。Wi-Fiも無料。これでこの価格というのは非常に安いと思います。それからオーナー？さんの笑顔が素敵です。建物が古く汚いですが、掃除はそこそこされている印象です。立地がよく、台北駅にすぐ行けますし、バス停に近いのでそこからもいろんな観光地へ行くことができます。コンビニも近いです。3月初旬に泊まりましたが、虫は台所以外いませんでした。

Cons:

かなり分かりにくい見た目です。鍵をもらうのが別館の受付なので、そちらに貼られている写真を参考にすると良いと思います。始めは迷いますが、2-3日宿泊すると簡単に見つけられるようになります。
他の方もおっしゃる通り枕が臭いです。カバーはきれいなのでおそらく本体の方がくさいのだと思います。枕は使わずに寝るのがおすすめです。鍵を掛けるのにコツが要りますが、ドアノブを少し回しながら鍵も回すと、どこかのタイミングでかかります。
