C’est un peu loin du centre ville, et il y’a pas de petits commerces juste à côté il faut marcher 30min pour en trouver un. Le spa n’était malheureusement pas encore ouvert. Et certains endroits étaient encore en construction comme le bar de la plage privée, les escaliers etc mais sinon tout était génial.

Irons are not allowed in rooms. Stuff has to iron your clothes and you need to pay.
The restaurant menu isn’t as good, not too many options and they don’t know how to make burgers.

I was disappointed with my stay, especially considering the premium price of this hotel. I expected a much higher standard of customer service, but instead found the staff to be quite strict and inflexible, which made the overall experience feel unwelcoming.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was to use the spa. Unfortunately, I wasn’t made aware before booking that the spa would not be accessible. I strongly recommend that the hotel clearly communicates this to guests in advance, as it can significantly impact their decision to book.

For a hotel at this price point, I expected a more accommodating approach and better communication. Sadly, my experience did not meet those expectations.

Our stay at Rad Dream Hotel in Radhimë was deeply disappointing and ended with us leaving our vacation earlier than planned due to the way we were treated.

For a newly established hotel charging premium prices, we expected professionalism, courtesy, and service standards that justify the cost. Unfortunately, the reality was the complete opposite.

The staff’s attitude was consistently unfriendly, dismissive, and at times openly rude. Hospitality seemed entirely absent. Rather than making guests feel welcome, we were made to feel like an inconvenience.

Prices throughout the property are excessively high and entirely disproportionate to the quality of service provided. Paying premium rates should come with premium treatment, which was clearly not the case. Even basic items were overpriced to an unreasonable extent.

We paid €333 for two nights, yet were denied access to the facilities on the day of departure despite having paid for the previous night’s stay. Our wristbands were removed immediately after checkout, and we were not allowed to use the beach, pool, or any of the amenities without paying extra.

In most hotels around the world, guests who have paid for their stay are allowed at least some flexibility or courtesy access to facilities on the departure day. Here, every service appeared to be monetized to the last detail, creating the impression that even the sea itself was being sold by the square meter.

What was most shocking was being told, in essence, to “find another hotel” because “we don’t need guests like you.” Such a statement is unacceptable in the hospitality industry and speaks volumes about the management philosophy.

A new hotel has the opportunity to build a strong reputation through excellent service, professionalism, and respect for its guests. Unfortunately, our experience at Rad Dream Hotel reflected the exact opposite: overpriced, inhospitable, and entirely lacking the level of service expected for the rates charged.

L’emplacement n’est cependant pas idéal en ce moment car tout est en construction/travaux autour de nouveaux complexes hôteliers et création de plages par conséquent. D’ici quelques années tout sera hors de prix…
Vlore est à une quinzaine de minutes de l’hôtel en voiture mais le centre ville n’est pas spécialement sympathique, et les plages ne donnent pas du tout envie de s’y baigner.
