Pros:

La posizione eccellente, pulizia e dotazione della camera migliori di tutto il nostro viaggio! Bel bagno, acqua calda, letto confortevole e soprattutto è stato un piacere passare qualche ora a chiacchere con il proprietario dopo cena: come vecchi amici!

Una estancia estupenda!
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable con nosotros. Nada más llegar al parking de frente nos recibió con un té MUYY RIICO. También con la reserva de la habitación nos dieron un 20% de descuento en su restaurante, que la verdad que la comida estuvo buenísima. Teníamos una habitación para los 4 e igualmente nos ofreció otra por si queríamos estar cómodos.

Pros:

We arrived late at the hotel, and the staff, including the manager, were extremely kind and even kept the restaurant open just for us. The room we were given was upgraded free of charge, very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The hotel is perfectly located right by Kerak Castle, with a huge free parking area. Great value for money, affordable, and with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Pros:

Very helpful and friendly owner. Tea on arrival which is always a good start. The reception is his restaurant and the apartment just around the corner. Very easy to find.
The apartment had a kitchen which is useful and good hot shower. The bathroom is shared between 4 rooms. Something to be aware of but not a problem.
The restaurant was comfortable with good food. A very pleasant experience and would definitely stay again.
A added bonus was a secure lockable room for my bicycle which he gave me the key for.

Pros:

It was possible to heat which was great, it was quite cold when we arrived.

Cons:

Our rool wasn't ready when we arrived even though I texted them when we arrive and they told they are waiting on us. We were freezing and tired and had to wait. Finally they upgraded us in a room with a private bathroom which wasn't initially in our booking.

An exceptional stay that exceeded expectations
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel from the inside, private room, everything is available inside, hot water, hair dryer, the staff is helpful and friendly, they have a restaurant where we had delicious shawarma and mansaf, their hospitality is unparalleled, I recommend it 100%
