Pros:

All the rooms and facilitaties are very good and the staff are very good. We had an incident with the receptionist but everyone came in and and it was all sorted very well. So I give everything 9/10

Faulty towers
Pros:

New building and looked wonderful but issues with the air con and shower, and the kettle had the wrong plugs ! And nowhere to hang a wet towel. Once these things ate sorted it should be good
