everything was absolutely amazing
Pros:

I had a wonderful weekend with my family, I rented the whole big apartament for them, my mom is a big fan of antique furniture so she was absolutely in love with every detail and touch in all interior... All family enjoyed everything , the apartament was huge,with Baroque atmosphere and nice view to a river and forest ...we spent the nice weekend together, then we went to a game room which is full of free activities such as table tennis, pool table, board games (there is even a shisa room!!!), and of course we spent few hours in a SPA, which was also decorated tastefully and had this vibrant vibe... not even commenting the breakfast... full of options and good quality ingredients...

All in all, everyone loved the experience, the atmosphere, the interior, the food.... will definitely come back !!!

Amazing stay, could have been better if there were more staff on duty☺️
Pros:

I loved everything about our stay. Our room was amazing, great views, clean. We were greeted with a smile, receptionist was absolutely lovely.
My mom by accident left her watch at the hotel, and staff suggested that they could post it to her! This is amazing as we live far away and didn’t have to travel all the way back to pick it up☺️

Cons:

There were couple of things that could be improved:
1. There were no hair dryers in our room.
2. One lady running reception and restaurant. There were queues during the breakfast next to the coffee machine that kept missing milk, coffee beans etc. That one working lady was just too busy to notice the chaos that coffee machine caused.
3. It would have been nice to have coffee in our rooms as well, as well as sugar for the tea.
4. In spa area, we could not work out how jacuzzi is operated. My family and other hotel guests tried, but with no luck. There weren’t any staff available to ask for help.

Pros:

Room style, location, view.

Cons:

Spa was quite small, could be some sunbeds to chill. Also breakfast could have a bit more variety. But in regards of a price it is well worth it.
