Atención del personal

Cons:

Instalaciones feas , deterioradas , falta de limpieza, hay muchas cucarachas en las habitaciones tanto pequeñas como grandes. Desayuno básico lo mismo todos los días.

Pros:

La ubicación de es muy buena si vas a algún evento en el estadio o alrededores, son 15 minutos caminando al estadio.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación que da sobre la calle principal, el ruido externo es fuerte dado que las discotecas cierran tarde, solicitamos cambio pero no había disponibilidad, el desayuno es básico

La ubicación excelente y estratégica
Muy aseado
Excelente servicio al cliente y sobretodo del muchacho Bryan, muy buena disposición

Cons:

Los baños muy Mini o pequeños, hay cosas de la estructura de las habitaciones que deberían de cambiarse por antigüedad
El desayuno debería de haber mas variedad, todos los dias fue lo mismo y deberían tener bebidas frías para los que no tomamos caliente (nunca hubo esa opcion)

Sanitarios en mal estado
Pros:

Muy cerca de restaurantes y supermercados y sobre todo el metro a poca distancia.

Cons:

Las instaciones un poco en mal estado uno de las habitaciones no funcionaba el sanitario pusimos la queja y no llegaron a repararlo y que no tiene ascensor y nos toco en el tercer piso y subir y bajar Escaleras es agotador.

La zona es muy ruidosa, un lugar lleno de bares y centros nocturnos (el hotel no avisa de eso)

La habitación era muy pequeña, el baño no tenía espacio, las sábanas estaban manchadas y el hotel muy descuidado

El aire acondicionado no servía y la ventana no se podía abrir, hizo mucho calor

Las fotos de la habitación no son para nada realidad
