Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, fácil acesso, bem organizado. Funcionários cordiais. Café da manhã com opções variadas.

Qualidade caindo na velocidade da luz

Ainda não entendi como a qualidade do hotel caiu tanto nos últimos anos. O atendimento na recepção é cada vez pior, às vezes, me dá vontade de pedir desculpas ao funcionário por ter me hospedado no hotel. O café da manhã está horrível, alimentos de péssima qualidade, um café horroroso que te faz terminar de tomar e, literalmente, correr para o banheiro. Quando chega perto da hora de encerrar o tempo do café da manhã, as funcionárias começam a desligar as luzes, mesmo com hóspedes no salão, olhar para quem está alí com cara de desaprovação e cochichar entre elas, um despreparo fora do comum. O ar condicionado do quarto fede a mofo, o filtro deve ter sido limpo só em 30 de fevereiro.

Pros:

Café da manhã, foi o ponto alto.

Cons:

Haviam hóspedes conversando alto e fazendo brulho após as 22 horas. Solicitei a intervenção do hotel mas, não adiantou nada.

A localização é ótima e ainda é ao lado do shopping Total.

Cons:

Equipe deixou a desejar no atendimento, sendo pouco receptivo, pouco cordial. O quarto não estava a contento, parecendo pouco limpo. O espaço do café da manhã é muito pequeno e tumultuado. A recepção deixou a desejar.
