We had a great time. I want to come there again.
Pros:

Beautiful and new. I love the design of the room and aria. That’s really well decorated. The pool, restaurant and the reception is very near. The service is top level. They have spa. The ladies for massage from Morocco and Indonesia are excellent. The music is lovely

Cons:

The area is new, that’s why the entrance to the sea has rocks. But there is a pontoon from which you can enter or jump into and the water there is wonderful

Paper-thin construction, full of noise and insects. Stay there if you want to party not to sleep.
Pros:

Very nice decor and layout. The staff were friendly. The layout of the room was different and eclectic. The receptionists were nice and catered to medical needs. Upon failing to clean the room within a given time frame, they offered a complimentary massage, which I thought was a very nice gesture.

Cons:

So many things. They can easily offer a welcome drink upon arrival especially when it is hours away from airport. They did not. Walls between rooms are paper-thin, I DID NOT SLEEP the whole night because of music and loud screaming from next room, and the hotel DID nothig to stop it. They just talked to them after many calls and moved them to the pool, where they stayed screaming and laughing until after 4am. This is not a hotel to relax in, or enjoy the scenery. If the other room switches on the fan, you can hear it in your room. This is how bad sound insulation is. The room and hotel is full of flies and insects, you literally cannot sleep because of that. The food is either hit or miss., some dishes were great, and different and others were inedible and were returned to the kitchen. House keeping is slow, and there is no urgency and they do not cater to urgent matters. The hotel is surrounded by sand and it does not show that it is in the middle of a construction site!! There is no direct access to the beach, which is below average, but you need a club car to move from hotel to the beach. This hotel might be a great spot in a few years when construction is done, at the moment, I do not recommend staying there. Service at Barten was below average and can keep you waiting a lot. The massage I also got at the spa, was not good. The fastest pace ever, as if they want it done asap.

Once I arrived I found lizard in the room and food was not clean. I got stomachache after breakfast and staff were so rude and not helpful so I asked to refund next day and I left. Now waiting urgent for refund for night I didn't stay in

Exceptional
Pros:

Beautiful resort, nice small boutique hotel. Would be good if they make beach in the future. All around there is no facilities as they still build the villas. We went to the beach, it was rocky and windy that time. So we couldn’t swim. Breakfast was okey, good option to have it in the room.

Cons:

That they don’t have direct access to the beach, you have to take the buggy, but they say beach front
