Pros:

The hotel is new, the staff was polite and professional but surly. The room was large and offered everything needed for a stay. The central location made it possible to move around the town on foot everywhere. The breakfast was excellent.

מלון מצוין ויפהפה
Pros:

המלון יפהפה, החדרים מקסימים, המיטות נוחות באופן יוצא דופן לעומת מיטות במלונות אחרים, מיקום מצויין ליד מרכז העיירה, ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת (יש גם בופה וגם הזמנת מנה מתפריט), הבריכה נקיה, יפה ונעימה.

החיסרון היחידי הוא שיש קטע בחלק מהמלונות במונטנגרו ובאלבניה שאי אפשר לפעמים לשנות את המזגן לקירור בשל שזו מערכת מיזוג כללית של כל הקומה ולכן נאלצנו לישון שהיה לנו חם בלילה..

Pros:

החדר היה מדהים. שירות אדיב וברמה גבוהה.

Cons:

המסעדה ברמה נמוכה, האוכל הגיע קר ואחרי שעה וחצי, לא מומלצת.
המים בבריכה המקורה במלון לא חמים, 25 מעלות, כך שזה הוריד את החשק להכנס פנימה.

Perfect stay, Highly recommended
Pros:

We were 2 couples and we both had the best time at the amazing Wulfenia Hotel & Spa. It started with wonderful Receptionists and staff welcoming and making sure we are comfortable. The room was huge well furnishes, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect. They have even special room that fit disabled guest.

Stunning area in nice weather or with snow for skiers but wouldn't go back to the Wulfenia
Pros:

Overall a reasonable Hotel. Common areas were fine. Parking was easy.

Cons:

Our bedroom was very hot and we were told by reception we could only manage the temperature by opening, then closing the windows. You couldn't lower the temperature in your own room, which didnt give a comfortable night sleep.

Reception staff seemed to have little knowledge of the area. Unhelpful.

The spa was not good, the massage I had was so poor I asked the person to stop after 20 minutes. The hotel refunded the cost for both my husbands and my massage. The masseuse was inappropriately dressed, asked no questions about health or physical issues. We cancelled all other booked appointments.

Breakfast staff were surly and rude. After I received an incorrect order , twice, third attempt was good. However the next morning the staff didn't even offer us a menu.

We left a day early both due to the bad weather and the lack of empathy of the staff.

מלון מושלם. 10 מ 10. לא נופל משום מלון ישרוטל בארץ רק בשליש מחיר. המלון חדש מחודש מרץ האחרון. חדרים מושלמים, מיטות סופר נוחות, הכל נקי מריח טוב סבונים מדהימים. יש ספא יש בריכה מחוממת. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. צוות הכי אדיב שפגשנו במונטנגרו. חנייה צמודה. ממליצה בחום . המלון הכי טוב שהיינו במונטנגרו.
