Exceptional Experience! It exceeded all our expectations
Pros:

The Room: Extremely clean and modern. It featured a refrigerator, microwave, and stove, along with great air conditioning and a hot water shower. It’s clear they pay attention to every maintenance detail.

Breakfast: Simply delicious! If you are a coffee lover, this is the best part of the hotel since they have their own brand. Bean Crazy Café & Breakfast definitely serves the best coffee in town, and the restaurant staff was incredibly friendly.

Location: Ideal for exploring the area—very well-connected yet quiet enough for a good night's rest. The best part is that the beach is right outside the hotel, and there are many places to buy groceries nearby.

Muy cómoda la habitación, el personal muy atento y amable. La ubicación es perfecta. Los desayunos están muy buenos! Tienen que probar las french toast y las baleadas. La playa frente al hotel está muy bonita!

Fantástica ubicación con grandes habitaciones enfrente de West End Beach
Pros:

Tiene una ubicación buenísima, en medio de West End, con la playa justo enfrente de la salida del hotel. Además, suelen tener algunas hamacas para uso de los alojados en el hotel, cosa que agradecimos mucho algunos días.
Tiene una gran terraza, con vistas a la playa, que también era muy agradable para disfrutar de una cervecita en el alojamiento antes de finalizar el día.
Las habitaciones eran muy espaciosas y confortables, teniendo hasta una pequeña nevera, que se agradece para guardar agua fresca.

Cons:

El personal del desayuno podría ser un pelín más amable, pero salvo por eso, todo genial.

Alojamiento sencillo pero funcional
Pros:

Buen desayuno, eligiendo de opciones armadas en un menú. Ubicación excepcional frente a una zona de playa bastante concurrida pero ideal para quienes buscan diversión nocturna y movimiento todo el día. Con fácil acceso a los water taxis que te llevan a West Bay o personas que ofrecen tours por la isla. El alojamiento provee toallas y camas de playa lo cual es muy bueno.

Cons:

No pedimos una habitación tranquila sino tener 2 camas separadas y la verdad las camas eran muy buenas. Pero la habitación era oscura para un lugar donde uno espera tener buena luz y vista al exterior. La cocina no la utilizamos pero estaba adecuadamente equipada. El acceso a las habitaciones es por escalera aunque era fácil de subir.

No water and no accountability

This would be a nice place except that when we checked in we discovered that the water wasnt working. After speaking to another guest, we found out that it had been out for 2 days and yet no one mentioned it at check in. We had to discover it for ourselves when we tried to shower. When we went down to ask we were told that it was a city wide outage, just to find out that wasn't true, it was only our hotel. We really felt like they were being dishonest. It wasn't that big of a deal that the water was out, but that they didn't tell us or try to remedy the issue in any way (not even buckets of water to flush toilets!)
Other than the water issue it's a nice place. Ask for one of the back rooms if you are a light sleeper as some of the rooms are right on the main road so might be problematic for light sleepers. This is not where we normally stay, but our flight was canceled and had to scramble to find a place. Can't say I'd stay here again.
