Buena ubicación y limpieza, frente al mar, pero con un servicio irresponsable.
Pros:

El desayuno excelente en la cafeteria del mismo hotelito. Muy buen cafe y buena variedad de platos. Las instalaciones limpias y bonitas el hotel en frente del mar, caja fuerte grande y una pequeña refrigeración en la habitación. Nuestra habitación era un poco pequeña para dos camas, pero las otras son mucho mas espaciosas. También la zona de la Terrasa arriba con vista al mar y sillones es muy agradable.

Cons:

Al desayuno falto agregar la opción de un jugo a parte del cafe. Se puede solicitar, pero ya cobran por aparte. Lo que definitivamente no nos gusto es la atención en la recepción con una señorita con una concepción del servicio no apta para atender a los turistas. Además solicité el transporte del aeropuerto, me escribieron por el booking que me cobran 25 dolares, pero a la hora de pagar me cobraron 30. Reclame con evidencia en mano, pero ni siquiera disculpa recibí. Para ir al Instituto de Invest. Marinas a 4 Km de distancia me querían cobrar 65 dólares! Nos fuimos por 50 lempiras con buseta de ruta. Al salir solicitamos el taxi del hotel al aeropuerto y no llego! Tuvimos que tomar un carro particular para no perder el vuelo. Si no quieren perder a los turistas deben de mejorar la comunicación y el servicio al cliente. El personal mas bajo en jerarquia (limpieza y cuidadores) era el mas agradable y servicial.

Good stay, good value for the money.
Pros:

Location, complementary breakfast and the cafe, nice view from the terrace, housekeeping did a great job on cleaning the room

Cons:

The beach in front is dirty, it was a little loud at times, the front office staff were visible but they never asked how our stay was. The music in cafe was not fun, need some lovely latin vibes, not boring american classics.
