Arrivé sur place pour 2 nuits on me demande de payer comptant ou c est 2.5 % de plus par carte de crédit. Je paye comptant mais il n a pas de change pour me rembourser la différence. Bon!
On visite la chambre et il n y a pas de balcon. Il me demande un montant équivalent a 1 nuit de plus si je veux un balcon ( que j avais déjà réservé) je refuse, il m offre un rabais que je refuse évidemment. Il m offre, comme un cadeau, la chambre avec balcon gratuitement alors que c est ce que j ai réservé.
On prends possession de la chambre. La salle de bain est sale. J ai moi même du laver le bol de toilette et enlever des excréments dessus et des poils.
Il y a 2 lits simple collés mais avec chacun leurs couvertures et draps. J avais réservé 1 grand lit. Pas tres confortable.
Il y a une porte vitré pour aller sur le balcon mais sans rideau.
Le déjeuner est une vraie blague. La deuxième journée, nous avons réveillé l employé a 9h30 pour notre déjeuner. ( il travaille 24 hrs sur 24 là) Je mets la photo de notre repas complet. Pas d assiette ni ustensile.
N hésitez pas d essayer mieux ailleurs.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were well kept and clean and the breakfast was very good. The view from my room's balcony was really beautiful at sunrise and sunset. I especially appreciated how helpful the staff was. I needed to print something and they let me use the copier in the reception area.
The location and service were great. My room was great. The food in the restaurant was really good and great value, not that expensive.
I had to ask for toilet paper....but I was given toilet paper as soon as I asked for it. And I think the reason I had to ask is that they upgraded my room for no charge.
This is so minor. The fact that I have so little to complain about gives an idea of how fantastic my stay was.
The owner was friendly and welcoming. I booked a room facing the mountain and the owner upgraded me to room overlooking the city. The city view is so worth it. If you ever plan to stay in the hotel, it really worth additional money for the view. The breakfast was delicious too.
Die Lage ist wirklich schön, oberhalb von Ajloun und mit Blick auf die Burg. Große Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher und Balkon mit toller Aussicht!
Möbel etwas veraltet, aber vor allem war nicht gut geputzt, Bad in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles funktioniert. Frühstück war im Preis, aber eher mittelmäßig.

+ L’emplacement, la vue depuis la chambre directe sur le château et sur la vallée/ville en contre-bas.
+ Le copieux petit déjeuner (salé et sucré)

+ très belle terrasse ombragée avec vue vallée et château
+ Le calme de l établissement
+ les efforts de la nouvelle équipe pour améliorer chaque jour l hôtel
+ la disponibilité pour le repas du soir sans réservation.
- le premier effet/sensation à l’arrivée (un peu désuet), nettement et vite balayé par l accueil de la nouvelle équipe. (Bravo)

Conveniently located for Ajloun Castle with stunning views. Good restaurant.
It looks the rooms have been renovated recently but some of the furniture is a bit worn.

The location was wonderful with such amazing view of Ajlon mountains and so close to the Ajlon castle, to the cable car 🚡 and to the city, the room was clean and spacious with a balcony.
The staff were very nice and helpful.
The food, but you have Panorama restaurant on the top of the hill near to the hotel with great, tasty food and a wonderful view too.
- Very helpful, owner and front desk staff. The owner and the manager did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
- Beautiful location on top of a mountain.
- Very close to the main attractions.
- Clean rooms.
- Comfortable beds.
- Advertising two connected rooms as a suite while they are not!
- Very limited parking spots.
- No elevator.
- No Wi-Fi on the third floor.
- No mini refrigerators in the rooms. We had to request a mini refrigerator!
- No ventilation fans in the bathrooms.
- The water pressure in the bathrooms was very weak.
- No regular housekeeping. I gave them the key to my room at 11:30 AM and asked them to clean it. When we came back at 11:30 PM, we found out that they didn’t clean my room.
