Pros:

Great location, staff, facilities.
Pros:

Good location right in the middle of the restaurant/cafe streets. Generous breakfast. Courteous staff. Great food. Lounge & bar have a nice view of the Mekong River.

Great central hotel with friendly reception girls, very satisfactory rooms and at a excellent price.
Pros:

Breakfast was included, and about seven choices were available. They would thus be something for westerners and Asian guests. The breakfast room was in the 11th floor and the large windows gave an impressive view.

Pros:

The room and bathroom were clean and modern. The breakfast was good, but you have to pre-order the night before.

Cons:

The shower wasn't the greatest. Drain blocked, and shower head wouldn't stay up. Not a big room, limited space.
The gym and pool are not on site. You have to go by car to another location.

Very pleasant stayed and will be back again,one night at a time.
Pros:

Breakfast is very good and generous portions,I really enjoy the rooftop restaurant and bar with the beautiful view of the city and Mekong river

Cons:

I booked for 2 nights and asked if I could delay the 2 second night for two days later (Needed to go somewhere) and coming back. That was not allowed,because I was booked through Booking.com.

Pros:

The top view, bar, breakfast, and live music. The staff were also accommodating and polite.

Cons:

Our bedroom balcony had zero view and was extremely small. The buildings are literally next to one another.
