Disappointing
Cons:

I confirmed multiple times early check in but when I arrived rooms weren’t available and they gave me a different room that costed more. Then they made a big deal about breakfast which was very very small. They said the day you check in you don’t get breakfast which I find very peculiar because no other hotel has such rules. Argued with them regardless if they don’t give breakfast the day of checkin it should be their complimentary due to bad reception. Lacking customer service we went back and forth about breakfast the day of checkin for half an hour. In the end out of the 6 day stay only got breakfast twice.

A Ramadan Night Stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and had all the amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a good view. The hotel offered complementary iftar as I stayed there during Ramadan. I had to buy seheri.from the hotel which was a bit overpriced but the food was good nonetheless. A very pleasant experience all in all.

Cons:

The room could've been a bit bigger. There could've been complementary tea/coffee station. There could've been a safe in the room to store valuables.
