The staff was respectful and she did her best to accommodate me. It didn’t help that she wasn’t informed and/or acted like she didn’t know what was going on with the restaurant that was supposedly apart of the hotel. 1 star for customer service experience and 1 star for them actually having a microwave/fridge in their room as advertised with nice decor.
It took 3 different tries for me to find a room that I could find decent tv reception and still the one I had was fuzzy. 17 channels, 7 non working, 3 paid advertisements pictures available. If you don’t mind waking up to construction in the morning, you’ll fit right in or use earplugs and you won’t even notice. The pictures on the website as advertised are incorrect when it comes to the restaurant. The owner of the restaurant told me directly that they are not affiliated with the hotel at all. The picture of the menu of the so called restaurant that’s attached to the hotel is below. So there’s no food or breakfast that comes with your stay. You can only expect coffee and tea that’s in the main lobby. For $239, this isn’t worth what I paid for and I am very disappointed. I could’ve paid an extra $15 and would’ve had breakfast included and an actual restaurant attracted to the hotel. When the staff is surprised more than the customer about the news (best believe I told her what was said), that’s even worse customer service and shows that everyone isn’t on the same page. If I could leave I would’ve but that would mean losing my money and having to come out to pocket for another hotel. Advertisement and updated information needs to be made so false advertisement isn’t made to gain more customers paying all this money. The only thing I actually liked was how the room looked as it was comfy and it’s true they do have a microwave and fridge in the room. You just have to walk a couple of blocks to get some food. Unless you want to pay even more money to uber your food to you after paying the outrageous amount. The bathrooms are small so if you’re not petite I wouldn’t recommend you go. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and give it 2/5 stars.
Night shift staff was awesome!
Restaurant closed on a Saturday night.
Very Very poor shower pressure!
Way over priced for the accommodations!!!
We were stuck in Miami due to the massive snow storm in our state, I feel like the hotel took advantage of us!
No continental breakfast for $350/night!
Staff was great
Very minimalistic and bed crate
• The bed was relatively comfortable.
• The receptionist in the morning was very polite and helpful when we needed to print the invoice.
• Extremely poor sound insulation — almost nonexistent. You can hear everything from the corridor as if it’s happening inside the room.
• Very small elevator — fits no more than 2–3 people with luggage.
• Very small room overall.
• Window view directly into a parking garage.
• Dirty towels.
• Hot water in the shower was unstable: constantly switching between cold and hot, which was extremely uncomfortable.
• Late check-in experience was unpleasant: at reception they insisted on manually verifying the credit card used for payment and asked us to email transaction confirmation to the hotel. We arrived late and just wanted to sleep. After three long trips across the US, this was the first time we experienced such an excessive and unnecessary verification process.
• Absolutely terrible value for money. We paid $352 for one night — for this price, any chain or non-chain motel would offer a larger room, stable hot water, no card verification drama, and similar cleanliness.

La habitación
I liked mainly location of the hotel and easiness of check in and check out. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They have all information you need and are always ready to help and assist for anything. I extended my check out and they have option to keep your bags in the hotel with no additional cost. That was amazing for us so we could enjoy Miami for some extra hours.
I think could have been better items like breakfast and size of rooms. That's why I consider this hotel not the best for families, for example. Rooms could have more space inside. Bathroom was very slim but enough. Some friends mentioned there was not water enough to take a shower but it didn't happen in the room I stayed. Once Miami is really hot and humid during summer, I think the AC was not enough to make the room cooler. It was not sufficient, for sure. Overall, it was a good experience but those topics could've been better.
