Мені змінили номер на інший, класом нижчий, але я не отримала абсолютно ніякої компенсації. Мене маринували 3 тижні, але так і не повернули обіцяні 30%

Great value for what I paid. Lots of options that would have costs extra with more expensive hôtels.
Pros:

the free easy accèss to the lockers'
free gym Access JR,
umbrellas availability if needed
early check-in to the room before 3pm,
the amount of Coffee and the Maker in the room.

Cons:

The fridge in the room was too small. I was able to fit only one large plastic bottle of water (diagnally) in the fridge.
The shower needed a proper door or at least shielded half way with the glass partition, It affected the way I was Limited in space when taking showers, because I didnt want to get water on the floor.

מלון טוב ונוח במקום טוב
Pros:

המיקום מאוד נוח, חדר נקי, הכל מנוהל עם קוד או דרך אפליקציה. פעם שניה שלי במלון הזה.
למי שצריך יש אפשרות לכבס. ארוחת בוקר בבית קפה במרחק 5 דקות הליכה. הפעם לא הזמנתי ארוחת בוקר.
יש לוקר שמאפשר להשאיר מזוודות ביום ההגעה וביום העזיבה.

Cons:

לא ממש ברור מה עם המזגן.
בהתחלה לא היה שלט. ביקשתי שלט וקיבלתי, אבל לא נראה שהמזגן עבד. לא היה לי קריטי.
אבל מי שזה חשוב לו, יכולה להיות בעיה.

Good, centrally located hotel, but advertising misleading.
Pros:

Centrally located, clean and mordern hotel. The laundry and gym access is a good bonus!

Cons:

My room was advertised with airconditioning, but nowhere its mentioned that the aircon use is seasonal. Its misleading and should not be advertised if you can't make us of it. I booked the room specifically with having access to airconditioning.
