喜歡房間相當寬敞，也有良好採光的落地窗和遮光窗簾，房間整潔，也有足夠熱水，住起來相當舒適。

Cons:

有些室外機的嗡鳴聲，但晚上睡覺時不明顯。
枕頭有點太高，喜歡低軟枕的人可能較難適應。
