We have now stayed 3 times at your hotel and find it perfect location.
I think some attention should be given to breakfast, ticking a sheet ticking a sheet is not 4 star hotel. What would you do if a customer wanted extra bacon or sausage, first day I had poached egg, I will say it was the worst one i have ever had.

We had problems with your TV DSTV and Netflix kept freezing i was always asking you to reboot your modem. One day you were doing maintenance and banging was going on for at least 4 hours

Pros:

Love the location of this hotel. Easy walk to the tidal pool and grocery stores. We had a sea facing apartment - especially the main bedroom had a beautiful view. Linen were clean and fresh. Kitchen was well equipped

Only one access key which makes it difficult for a family not doing the same things all the time.

Immaculate and spacious. Smelled of fabric conditioner- very nice. Bedding was really good quality. Central location over a small shopping area and walking distance to the coast. Secure underground parking.

Personalen i receptionen. Speciellt Marius som är glad, trevlig och hjälpsam!

Cons:

Läget med balkong bredvid/ovanför parkeringen till köpcentrumet. Och närheten till trafiken på gatan.
