This rental is not a place that is an interchange with coming and going travelers. There are permanent tenants who live on the property in the other bedrooms who are partiers and extremely problematic. As i got to the property and checked in there was a young native guy who was drinking beer and seem to be very upset at something since, he was causing a disturbance by constantly slamming doors violently and aggressively. There was also another woman and man who are clearly drug addicts that was constantly in an out of the house. Since my room was the closest to the front door the constant in and out was very disturbing and made it difficult for me to go to sleep at night. As i was in my room i could hear people lurking outside the door and spying on me and then would run off and leave as i came to check to see who it is. The same misconduct transpired as i was in the bathroom were someone was lurking directly outside the bathroom door as i was i the shower and the person ran off as soon as i was about to exit the bathroom. The tenants that live there permanently do not make this place a safe place. I was disappointed that i took this rental. Every time i stepped out the house i had to take all my personal property with me because i did not feel safe leaving my laptop and tablet behind with the type of people that live in this house and are around the property. If you're looking for a party house, then this is the place to rent. But if you're looking for somewhere quite comfortable and safe to rent this is not the place to rent.

No a thing. He kicked out me and my girlfriend ant 930 for no reason. The would not return our deposit. I hear from the people that live next to him that he does this to all his guests.

The door code was changed so we were unable to get in so we did not use the booking. I am hoping to get a refund

There were a few nights when I was disturbed by people knocking or striking the door quite aggressively during the early hours of the morning, around 12 AM–3 AM. This unfortunately resulted in a few sleepless nights during my stay.

I also had some food go missing at one point. I wouldn’t necessarily consider this the fault of the property or the owner, as it may have been caused by another guest or tenant. However, I noticed that the back door was not always locked, which could be a security concern.

As a suggestion, I would recommend improving security measures and adding clearer signage reminding guests to keep doors locked and be mindful of noise and security, particularly during late-night hours. It may not completely prevent these issues, but I think it would be a good step toward making the property more secure and comfortable for everyone.
