Cons:

The ads is very confusing, it doesn’t state that you are only renting rooms and shared common areas with other people.

They never tell you as well that they are collecting damage deposit, 200$ per room, but upon arrival, the place looks shabby and lots of damages, walls , washroom sink not draining, main door not working, fans are dusty.

They are even trying to charge me for the room key that was never given

Pros:

NOTHING. My Fiance had to do repairs for the door which where we stayed in! Ppl knocked on the door or windows thru out the nights. There was a cop. Raid! I was unaware.till the nite of the raid. When I was away at my grandmother's.last Monday. NOT IMPRESSED

Cons:

Cop Raid! Broken door! UNSAFE ppl! Always arriving in and out!(of the house) We had to get security cam. For our private suite. Owners staff n himself were conducted IN Disorderly MANNER & seen in rooms. Very unprofessional.THEFT.

Oh and he has the Audacity** A WORD HE CANT COMPREHEND COS HE THINKS I DONT KNOW WHAT THE WORD ENTAIL. LET ME ASTOUND YOU MY FRIENDS; READ A GOD DAMN DICTIONARY!

Scammers. Waste of money. Asking upfront money or will offer you another location. Beware of scam.
Pros:

Nothing. This is scammer.

Cons:

Owner didn’t answer my calls. Was asking for e transfer as damage deposit. Didn’t let me use. Don’t waste your money. It’s a group of scammers. You will lose money as well as person is so rude. It can be dangerous and harmful if you managed to stay in room.

Pros:

it was a great place to stay. I had a big bed to myself. When i came late at night the host met me and showed to my room and when i was leaving the host was there to escort me! very nice indeed! All my questions via email were answered very quickly.

Cons:

The bed cover could be a bit thicker. i couldn't warm up for a while after coming from a cold evening night.
