The Room was good including the Washroom

Had boked 2 rooms and in both the rooms there were small cockroaches.
Before letting the room to the Guest, you'll must PESTICIDE the rooms

Standard nice mid range hôtel. Very pleasant. Kettle, fridge, tv, fan, Aircon, little balcony overlooking back street buildings

Next to KFC and there are pizza places up the street for western food. Also local South Indian food a few steps away. We enjoyed that.

30 min walk from the famous Church Street (high end shopping and lots of cafēs).

(I was annoyed when they wanted to charge us 30% more for checking in 3 hours early. Some hotels charge that. Others don't)

Worst experience. Room with full of cockroaches and insects. Stinky bath rooms and bed linens .

I liked Nothing in the room . Only location is raceable . I won`t come back

Cons:

Hope less services. Reception took their sweet time to check in the guests. Rooms were stinky. Bed Lenin were having foul smell. Rest rooms were very unhygienic. Rooms were with full of small cockroaches and other insects.

Had stayed before with wandr Indira nagar and was better. Ulsoor property offers just clean rooms like many other rooms

Cons:

When you make a personal request to the front desk for a particular room, a week in advance, and you're given an assurance that it'd be reserved for you, and on the day of your arrival if it's still available, but on your arrival if you're politely informed that it's been given to someone else - then you are DISAPPOINTED! And this, in spite of giving them a great review just a month ago - and - there's no shortage of decent hotels in the city.

Worst experience in Wandr so far!
Pros:

They have lost on quality of rooms, facilities and cleanliness too.

Cons:

AC was malfunctioning, linen was dirty, bathroom was smelly owing the exhaust duct facing the dustbin area below, the soap dispensers were broken and hence could not use even though filled!
