A clean place

Cons:

1. The receptionist demanded 1350 rupees after we arrived, stating that the rates were not updated in the portal.

2. Since we didn't allow him to take additional money, he said he would move us to a different hotel.

3. After a big argument, he finally allowed us to stay there. With the bargained amount from 1350, 1000 and finally to the mentioned price 830.

However, he has provided a very congested room where we can't even stand.

When we asked about another room, he said no other rooms were available. With no options, we stayed there and didn't sleep the entire night as there was no extra bed provided even if they charged for 3 people to stay.

4. The receptionist was very rude to us, stating that if you had booked the room directly, then i would have provided a different room. It directly tells that we should come directly and book the room as per their price, which is not from online discounts. We don't understand who is he to say this when he agreed to book from your portal.

If he had such issues, then he would better come out from the online portal and allow only the walk-in customers. But not treating the customers like this.

5. The room that we booked it was mentioned AC room. However, a non AC room was provided.

6. There was a demand from the receptionist stating that if you want a good room, then come directly, not from online.

7. Even though there are rooms, he was least bothered to provide a good room to us and not treat us in a well manner.
