Main resteraunt not open 2 days a week the mini fridge in our room could have been on a table it was on the floor difficult to get to

Restaurant & location
The spa receptionist was quite rude and unhelpful. For a hotel that is known as a spa hotel, the majority of the spa facilities were either not working or were broken, and the spa itself felt very outdated.
When we arrived, the receptionist told us we could only spend one hour in the spa. We found this strange as we had booked specifically for a spa day and overnight stay. When we went to the spa, it was very quiet, and after chatting with other guests we learned that they had not been told about any time limit.
Overall, our experience with the spa staff was not very pleasant and the interaction left us feeling quite uncomfortable.
The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We loved the vitality pool and spa. The staff especially the concierge gentlemen named Shah was very helpful to us.

Room was nice, a little dated. Hotel lacked atmosphere, very little going on in the bar restaurant. Food very average, lovely staff .
