Pros:

Plenty of parking, staff were lovely and friendly. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Booked a king size room and the price for it i expected a stunning spacious room. What i got was one of the smallest "king size" room i have ever booked. The tv/tv remote had the option of netflix and youtube none of the buttons worked. Disappointing.

Confort close to Muckross House and gardens but you need your car to have dinner

Relax and unwind.
Pros:

The decor of the facility was absolutely beautiful and the Vitality Spa was exactly what we needed after driving around Ireland for the 4-5 previous days of sight-seeing. What an amazing and wonderful place to end our visit to Ireland before heading back home to the States. Our room was exquisite and The Yew Tree and Monk's Lounge are both options.

Cons:

That we couldn't stay longer. Another day or two would have been ideal.

Didn’t like the rooms they seem dated while hotel is dated to be called as five star

Great night sleep
Pros:

The location was right by the Ring of Kerry and The national Forest.
The food was yummy!

We’ve been traveling around Ireland for a while and we had the best night sleep here. I had the best bed and the softest sheets.
The staff was fantastic

Een gevestigde naam met uitstekend ontbijt en spa maar niet helemaal bevredigend
Pros:

Behulpzaam personeel; de grote variatie en kwaliteit van het ontbijt; de ligging tegenover National Killarney Park en een prima Deep Muscle massage in het mooie wellnessbereik.

Cons:

Er waren een aantal kleinere zaken waardoor het toch niet helemaal als een vijf sterren hotel aanvoelde. Zo was de safe op de kamer defect en werd ook niet gerepareerd tijdens ons verblijf. De geluidsisolatie van de kamer was niet optimaal. Je kon gasten in de naburige kamers duidelijk horen en je hoorde laat 's avonds vaak muziek van 1 van de vele trouwfeesten die er plaatsvinden. De waterdruk in de badkamer was soms laag en de koelkast was niet echt koud. Tenslotte wouden we een lunchpakketje bestellen voor de daaropvolgende dag maar eerst begreep het personeel niet wat we bedoelden en toen ze het wel begrepen zeiden ze dat zoiets 24u op voorhand moest besteld worden wat natuurlijk niet meer mogelijk was.
