Excellent séjour au château
Pros:

Chambre idéale , personnel très bienveillant et accueillant.
Les repas étaient sensationnels notamment au Yee tree restaurant 4*

Cons:

Seul bémol : Pas eu le temps de tester le coin spa à défaut d’avoir oublié les maillots de bain 👙.

Friendly staff
Pros:

We had a beautiful stay got upgraded to superior room which was lovely i neber really sleep great at hotels but slept sound the bed was super comfy. The staff are so friendly from reception to the bar staff to the spa everyone is super friendly. Spa is unreal aswel the outdoor hot tub was my favourite will be back

Great overall experience.
Pros:

Probably the best staff I've come across in any hotel. The spa was beautiful and practical, the hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast was excellent both mornings.

Cons:

Food in Coughlans bar is way over priced for the quality and quantity. Very disappointing considering everything else is fairly top notch.

Nice stay
Pros:

Proximity to Killarney National Park.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Colgan's bar had a good ambience and good variety on the menu. Overall a nice and relaxing stay.

Cons:

More like a four star hotel than a five star. Disappointing entrance area and lack of casual seating compared with other five star hotels I have experienced. No bicycles available during our stay. Vitality pool was quite small.

Lovely staff ever so helpful beautiful grounds well kept hotel

Cons:

Main resteraunt not open 2 days a week the mini fridge in our room could have been on a table it was on the floor difficult to get to
