Je recommande vivement ce charmant hôtel, nous y avons passé 2 nuits dans un calme absolue , le lit est plus que comfortable, sans oublié un passage au SPA et un dîner au restaurant le colghan.
Le personnel de l’hôtel est très aimable, professionnel et à l’écoute.

Pros:

Very relaxing atmosphere, staff friendly and obliging and a beautiful location.

Cons:

Breakfast: flies were hovering around the pastries and there was no real butter at breakfast.
It tasted like a margarine type spread (awful).
I did enquire and the waitress was unable to say if they had real butter.
I would expect a choice from any hotel and real butter as a standard at breakfast.
Unfortunately for me, it did take from the overall breakfast experience.

Forest , hiking spa- a nice break in the middle of a trip
Pros:

Our family of four had a lovely two night stay at Muckross. The rooms are bright and large. the location is a short drive to the center of Killarney. Its right across the street from the Muckross Abbey and a short walk to Muckross House. a further hike leads to the TORC Falls. We had a nice afternoon at the spa and the full breakfast was filling and delicious. We used this as a base for golf and Dingle and Kerry. It was woodsy and very green. Its a drive to the coast, but we knew that-- for us the location was central for all the things we wanted to do. Dinner in the pub was fun. They have live music every night and the whole crowd was singing along. We would definitely return!

Very enjoyable stay ,relaxed environment
