Pros:

I could not fault the Muckross Park Hotel. Everything was excellent. Management should be very proud of their staff.

Lovely stay
Pros:

To celebrate our 34th anniversary together, we chose your hotel. This was our first time staying with you as guests.
We were warmly welcomed at the reception. Eugenie, the girl at reception, was extremely helpful and informative, with a genuine smile and natural hospitality. We were also kindly offered welcome drinks.
The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable.
At lunchtime, Guillermo welcomed us and took great care of us. Dinner was simple but good in the bar, as the restaurant was closed. We were served by a young man from Ukraine, who truly deserves special praise for his service.
In the morning, on our way to the SPA, we met the manager Madina, who congratulated us on our anniversary — it was a very sweet and thoughtful gesture.
We really enjoyed the SPA, especially the outdoor jacuzzi. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and very relaxing.
During breakfast, we were looked after by the manager Ramune, who did an excellent job. We enjoyed the breakfast very much.
During our short stay, we also had time to take a walk in the park. All hotel staff we encountered were smiling and always ready to help.
We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends. Thank you for making our celebration even more special.

Very nice hotel but just a few bits really let it down but did enjoy our stay overall
Pros:

Stunning views from the room. All the staff were really friendly. Very comfortable bed and bathroom was very spacious. Bar area was really relaxing and in fashion with the area. The food was brilliant.

Cons:

Service was a little slow for my liking took a while to take our order both at dinner and at breakfast. Was told that the fine dining restaurant was fully booked when I look to book it before we came. However on arrival was told there was space. When we went for dinner there were 4 tables total including us, very hard to believe it was fully booked! Unfortunately we lost power in our room when we woke up, due to a storm, disappointing there wasn’t appropriate back up systems considering it’s a 5 star hotel - had to shower with our phones as lights.
