Our stay at the Muckross Park Hotel & Spa was wonderful. The location is fantastic, sitting beautifully right by the park and close to all main attractions. Every aspect of the service was lovely, and the food was consistently delicious.
The hotel's spa is a great amenity, though it is worth noting that it seemed to need a bit of routine maintenance during our visit, as a few specific areas were unavailable. Aside from that minor detail, everything else about our stay was excellent. It is a beautiful property, and we would certainly recommend it for anyone visiting Killarney.
The location was perfect to access the national park, it was only an 8 minute drive to city center. The staff were incredibly accommodating, the Yew Tree restaurant even accommodated my daughter’s dietary restrictions an absolute first in our travels!
They didn’t have a pool area for kids. Not a huge missing, since there were so many other things to do, but it would have been nice to have an additional activity.

Bella stanza, grande. Il concierge, Oleb, ere molto amichevole e ci ha aiutato tanto.
Strano albergo. Molto buio all'interno. Le foto dell'albergo fuori sono vecchie e l'albergo non si presenta così oggi. Lo staff non era amichevole o simpatico quando siamo arrivati (eccetto il concierge) anche se quando siamo andati via erano migliorati. Il fine dining ha dei prezzi ridicoli, per cui siamo andati al pub dove abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene.

Wonderful stay. I have a food allergy and the hotel staff was beyond accommodating. Ireland with food allergy is taken so serious and menus are very documented. The US needs to take notes.
