Pros:

La terrasse sur le toit (il y a 2 tables et 8 chaises). La douche.

Cons:

Vraiment déçue par cet établissement qui, sur le papier, était plein de promesse. L’hôtel est vraiment loin du centre. Il n’y a rien autour. On nous avait annoncé un shuttle proposé par l’hôtel pour rejoindre le centre plusieurs fois par jour, or pas en fonction pendant notre séjour. Fuyez les chambres du 3eme étage qui donnent sur la piscine: les spots pour éclairer l’immeuble éclairent dans les chambres (jusqu’à passé minuit). On a demandé à changer de chambre on nous a dit que c’était pas possible. La chambre est simple et le lit très dur. Petit déjeuner bof : qq plats typiques mais sans goût. Du melon et du dragon fruit. Des pancakes desséchés mais surtout le pire café jamais bu en Asie. La piscine donne sur le lobby et est à l’ombre. Il y a 3 chaises longues…. Et enfin : personne à la réception qui ne parlait anglais…. Bref, vu le peu de choses à faire dans le coin, choisissez un hôtel plus au centre !

Sehr schönes Hotel, sauber, sauberes und modernes Gym, sehr guter pool. Bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Ich hätte 10 Sterne gegeben, wenn das Internet besser funktioniert hätte. Mobile Daten hatten so gut wie keinen Empfang und Wlan oft abgestürzt bzw schlecht funktioniert.

Lovely, clean and welcoming
Pros:

Really clean, very good service and breakfast. Staff were all kind and helpful - they printed our paper work for us which we needed. Gym and pool were clean.

Cons:

Nothing! Would recommend this property! Maybe some more sun beds would be a good idea?

L'hôtel est neuf et propre. La chambre est grande. La piscine est mal placée mais utile pendant les grosses chaleurs.

Cons:

L'emplacement de la piscine dès l'entrée de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner mérite d'être revu.

Cons:

We were disturbed several times in our room by hotel guests as well as staff. Apparently, there was a mix-up in the booking system and they thought someone else was staying in our room (Chinese tour group).

We would have expected an apology, especially since someone knocked on our door at 6:20 a.m. and the phone rang several times, even though we wanted to sleep a bit longer.

I think the hotel caters more to Chinese guests.

Just few days in Cambodia
Pros:

A modern, comfortable, and luxurious hotel in the center of Cambodia's capital. Efficient check-in, comfortable room, comfortable beds, large bathroom, and a delicious breakfast. The pool is a welcome addition to your stay... I highly recommend it!
