Pros:

Pleasant grounds.
Good gym

Cons:

We were disturbed several times in our room by hotel guests as well as staff. Apparently, there was a mix-up in the booking system and they thought someone else was staying in our room (Chinese tour group).

We would have expected an apology, especially since someone knocked on our door at 6:20 a.m. and the phone rang several times, even though we wanted to sleep a bit longer.

I think the hotel caters more to Chinese guests.

Just few days in Cambodia
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et serviable.

Communication en anglais facile.

Cons:

Le café inclus dans le petit déjeuner n'est pas fait à la machine.

Ein ganz tolle, aber leider kaum nutzbare Dachterrasse. Keine Sonnenliegen und nur wenig anderweitige Sitzgelegenheiten. Potenzial definitiv vorhanden.
Keine Handtücher und Desinfektionsmittel im Gym.

Clean and friendly
Pros:

It was very beautiful, breakfast was not the biggest but good. Staff was very friendly!

Cons:

We had a power outage in the morning, staff didn‘t really do something about it, it wasn‘t to bad because we were leaving anyways but still.
Property was a little outside the city centre, probably not walking distance for most
