Breakfast was amazing, with fresh coffee to order.

Cons:

The complimentary cocktail for rooftop bar was only for a nonalcoholic drink, this was not told to us but the front desk was quick to refund us. Very misleading.

I knew what to expect. Location sells. Staff is great.
Pros:

Location and staff are excellent.

Cons:

The F&B functions do not meet minimum standards for this class of accommodations. They have made changes to staff, advertising, promotions but the food prep is sub par. The breakfast is especially poor. Few choices, quickly depleted and not refilled and the egg station is flat out bad. The cook cannot even properly cook an egg. Overall, food choices are poor quality and poorly prepared and presented. Art Mai is missing a HUGE opportunity here. Give the location it could be a booming business, could draw outside diners and keep hotel guests on property to eat, just like the new Northern Thai restaurant that just opened up out the front door of Art Mai. Need a professional F&B manager and a professional kitchen staff.

המלון במיקום מעולה בשכונת נימן, מרכזי אך שקט מאוד, קרוב להכל בשכונה. היינו משפחה זוג + 3 קיבלנו חדרים עם דלת מקשרת, היה מאוד נח. כל יום ניקו את החדר, החליפו מגבות והיו מאוד אדיבים לכל בקשה. הבריכה נחמדה ממש, הילדים נהנו בה מאוד. ממליצה על המלון.
