Bonne expérience, notamment pour l’emplacement, le calme, la sécurité et les équipements.
Pros:

Les instructions pour l’entrée autonome étaient très claires.
Idéalement situé, sécurisé (nous étions deux femmes, voyageant seules) et très calme.
Le logement était propre, bien équipé et la literie confortable, ainsi que les parties communes.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et la réactivité du gérant, sur WhatsApp 📲
Le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire (notamment d’une cuisine, de sèche-cheveux et pq à disposition, et le gros plus : d’une machine à laver)
Un service de garde-bagages est également proposé pour 10 PEN par jour, ce qui est très pratique.

Cons:

L’eau chaude de la douche est assez fluctuante et il est difficile de la conserver de manière prolongée (passe du très chaud au très froid durant toute la durée de la douche)
Nous avons également constaté un problème d’évacuation de l’eau dans la salle de bain (un tapis de douche ou une serviette supplémentaire aurait été nécessaire) ainsi que des traces de moisissures au plafond.
Enfin, la machine à laver n’est accessible qu’à partir de 17h, ce qui peut être contraignant.

Pros:

la ubicacion del lugar es muy buena, y los espacios compartidos son comodos.

Cons:

la habitacion era muy chica y el baño tenia el tacho muy bajo, sentia falta de aire producto de las condiciones de espacio.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena y la zona también. La habitación estaba bastante bien, pero tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente ya que, el agua caliente no iba. Intentaron arreglarlo lo antes posible, pero debido al poco tiempo de margen no pudieron. Aún así, nos dieron una solución rápida y nos indemnizaron por los inconvenientes. No usamos la cocina, pero se veía en buenas condiciones.

La tranquilidad de las instalaciones y de la zona, es un lugar cómodo, tiene al alcance restaurantes, boticas, muy cerquita al óvalo de Miraflores.

Muy buena casa en medio de Mitaflotes
Pros:

La ubicacion, y tener un carto con una mini sala, y muy cerca de la partr cocina. Y es muy silencioso.

Cons:

Nos falta un poquito de espacio en la ducha, y de ventilacion en el cuarto. Pero muy bien

Pros:

Great location in the centre of Miraflores, yet surprisingly quiet. Our room was spacious and clean, with hot water and good Wi-Fi. It was more basic than it looked in the photos, as other guests have also mentioned, but perfectly fine if you mainly need a comfortable place to sleep while exploring Lima.

Paid luggage storage is available even for several days, which was very useful for us. Excellent communication with the host in English via WhatsApp. Overall, good value for money and recommended.

Clear check in instructions, nice outdoor space. Comfortable bed.

Due to national holiday, minimal staff/facilities/cleaning e.g. no toilet paper/toiletries in rooms on arrival
