Felt very unsafe, just pay a bit more to be on a main street instead.
Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

The location and the building were horrible and felt very unsafe. The lift has no door so you have to be careful to not get injured, and the room is a code lock which means that anyone with the code could get in. The street itself is really run down and felt unsafe to walk in.

Pros:

Τοποθεσία άριστη, ασφάλεια λόγω οικοδομής επίσης πολύ καλή με 3πλη ασφάλεια κλειδαριών, άνετο δωμάτιο, παροχές δωματίου καλές.

Cons:

Είχε λίγο φασαρία στον εξωτερικό χώρο λόγω καταστημάτων που ανοίγουν νωρίς.

Pros:

Limpio ordenado. Buena cama y buen baño. Tenía cocina mini comedor con todo. Una ubicación buena no excelente pero bastnate útil y segura para caminar a todos lados.

Cons:

La entrada esta Pintada con grafitis al llegar puede generar mala impresión y el elevador tambien. Parece que se llega a un lugar extraño pero las indicaciones llegan perfectamente al email

Beautiful apartments
Pros:

The location, very close to everything, the room very large and comfortable, I had a problem at the beginning with the air conditioning not cooling, but the staff were willing to fix it right away and I liked that.

Cons:

I didn't like the street; the place is really ugly and scary from the outside, especially at night, but once you go inside the apartments, they are very nice, complete, and clean, my only recommendation I would suggest putting up darker curtains because the sun comes in too much. I loved that they have a big TV and Netflix is the platform for watching movies. Anyway, everything was great, thank you.

Pros:

Όλα τέλεια, καθαρό, άνετο, υπηρεσία πρωινού στο δωμάτιο, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία κοντά στο μετρό Μοναστηράκι.
Δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο και θα το ξαναδιαλέξω.

Επικίνδυνη περιοχη βρώμικη οικοδομή χωρίς φως και ασανσέρ
Pros:

Τραγικά !!! Βρέθηκα μόλις για 8 ώρες στο κατάλυμα μόνο για έναν ύπνο ο οποίος δεν ήταν καθόλου καλός. Φτάνοντας εκεί με μεγάλο φόβο λίγο που με τρομοκράτησαν στο ΠΑΡΚΙΓΚ να προσέχω πολύ γιατί αυτά τ 200 μέτρα που έπρεπε να κάνω με τα πόδια ήταν επικίνδυνα πολύ λίγο της περιοχής. Κυκλοφορούν κακοποιά στοιχεία στην περιοχή . Και αφού έφτασα μετά από αγωνία βρίσκω την 1η εξωτερική πόρτα ανοιχτή ενώ έπρεπε να βάλω κωδικό για να ανοίξει. Μπαίνω στην είσοδο της οικοδομής και το ασανσέρ δεν δούλευε και επίσης δεν υπήρχε φως για να ανέβω στον 2ο όροφο που ήταν το δωμάτιο. Τεράστια αγωνία να μπω στο δωμάτιο λίγο που ήμουν μόνη μου. Το κλιματιστικό να χτυπάει ακριβώς ο αέρα στο κεφάλι με αποτέλεσμα να μην το ανοίξω γιατί θα με αρρώσταινε το σημείο που ήταν τοποθετημένο. Το πρωί στις 7 με ξύπνησαν μηχάνημα από οικοδομικές εργασίες που γίνονται στο απέναντι κτήριο λόγο ανακαίνισης . Επίσης να αναφέρω ότι φτάνοντας στον 1ο όροφο από τη σκάλα ύπαρχους τόσο πολλά σκουπίδια από παλιά αντικείμενα υφάσματα κλπ . Πολύ κακή εικόνα. Δεν συνιστώ ειδικά για μονές γυναίκες .

A clean and well equipped apartment in heart of Athens.
Pros:

A clean and very well equipped apartment. It was also quiet which is a bonus given its location in a busy city. I loved that they had a laundry service.

Cons:

Not a welcoming entrance but once you’re on the floor with rooms it’s decent.
Place is a little small which made it a bit difficult to position an open suitcase.
